As you enter the picturesque town of Rockport you'll pull onto a quiet gravel side street and see the quintessential cedar shingled home and garage. Pull up the the house and enjoy 3 driveway parking spots (a luxury in downtown Rockport!).

As you enter the home, the main level is filled with natural light. The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances and is fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. Experience the perfect entertaining space as the kitchen gracefully flows into the dining room with custom built china cabinets. The spacious living room showcases a gas fireplace and two sitting areas. No shortage of inside spaces to gather and enjoy the luxurious central AC on a hot day!

☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆

Retreat to the second floor, and you'll find the primary bedroom with comfortable King-sized bed. A second bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed. The full bathroom on this level features a walk in shower, plenty of space and light at the vanity to get ready and a convenient washer/dryer. The final room on this floor is a flexible space that can serve as an office by day and sleep an additional guest at night!

☆☆ LOWER LEVEL ☆☆
You'll have plenty of space on the first two levels but the lower level is what makes this an ideal space for families. The level has a bedroom with built in bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a living room with smart TV! Walk right out to an additional patio with outside seating. Lots of possibilities with this setup!

Guest Access

Please note the entire main house and yard is for your exclusive access but there is a guest house rented by other short term guests. One driveway spot to the right (closest to the main house) is reserved for them.
