Great family location

Our family had a great stay at the Orca! Wonderful location with walk ability around town and just a short drive to other excursions. The perfect set up for our family with 2 kids. Matt was prompt with responses and was able to help us with whatever was needed. If we visit Rockport again, we will be back to this spot!

The home is very Central and an easy walk to everything. Beds are very comfortable and had a very quaint and nice atmosphere. The kitchen was sparsely amended but the only thing that we really missed having was a toaster. Get ready to drop your stuff off and then park five or six blocks away. It's not as bad as it sounds.

Location, location, location!

This nautical inspired apartment had tons of character and couldn’t have had a better location. A coffee shop was just steps outside the front door along with all the charming shops and restaurants of Rockport’s Bearskin Neck. Would definitely stay here again.

My son and I had a great time . He wanted to see Salem and I didn’t want to stay in Salem . Found this beautiful area . 30 min from Salem by car . Loved the apartment the rustic look appealed to me . The location was fantastic. The shop owners were amazing and offered any information they had .

Perfect for a weekend

Stayed with our two kids. Loved the quaint space, had everything we need for a short stay. The location can’t be beat, a quick walk to the ocean, lots of shops nearby. Only downside is parking is not directly near property, but we didn’t have issues finding parking nearby.

Favorite rental to date!

We LOVED our stay at the Orca and this property is our favorite to date! The Bearskin Neck area so neat. Theres so much to do, yet it’s quaint and peaceful. The Orca had everything we needed and communication with the property manager was amazing. We loved the decor and vibe and hope to stay there again soon!

Wicked Place!

What an awesome aka WICKED step back in time at The Orca and with every modern convenience. I really enjoyed my stay! The JAWS touch for a huge fan like myself was great. Great place to relax and soak in the NE Charm and the area is soaked in rich history.

West comes to East

Of course a great location! Good thing we didn't have a car though, absolutely no parking. Big bed for two and bunk bed in the other smallish room. Nice and comfortable furniture, good TV and nice split A/C unit that worked well on heat too. Kitchen was nice and stocked well. Bathroom was divided between shower toilet and sink vanity, great for two people sharing.

Charming seaside apartment in Rockport–Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at The Orca for over a month while we were closing on a home in the area, and it truly became our cozy home away from home. The apartment is absolutely charming, with a perfect mix of historic character and modern comforts. The exposed beams and maritime accents give it such a warm, coastal feel, and the private patio with views of Bearskin Neck was a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day. The location couldn’t be more ideal—steps away from shops, restaurants, and the beach. We loved being in the heart of Bearskin Neck, with everything so easily accessible. The apartment was well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfy living space, Smart TV, and all the amenities we needed for a long stay. It really felt like a boutique retreat with thoughtful touches everywhere. A huge thank you to Matt for his flexibility and kindness throughout our stay. He was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciate the hospitality!
