Prime West Plaza Location: Our charming home is set in a tranquil neighborhood, yet just a short walk from a variety of bars, restaurants, and attractions. Everything you want to experience in Kansas City is right at your doorstep!
Note: This home is located next to its twin, Bella, and both can be rented together through a separate listing.
The Space
This unique property consists of two neighboring bungalows, each with a shared fenced yard and off-street parking. Recently updated, itâs perfectly situated in the historic Westport area, just steps from KU Medical Center and the bustling 39th Street District. Itâs also just a 5-minute drive from The Plaza and close to Crossroads, Downtown, and other key city spots. Enjoy the ease of walking to a variety of restaurants and shops, with quick access to highways.
Important: Sleeping Arrangement/House Layout
Please carefully review the layout before booking. This home features three beds, all situated on the second floor, accessible by stairs. The bedrooms share a single entrance, so guests in the second bedroom will need to pass through the first to reach the stairs, bathroom, and other areas of the house.
House Bello:
Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds: The current layout forms one large bedroom with no full separation, just a doorway. We are planning to add a door for more privacy.
Each home can comfortably host 4-6 guests, including couches, with one being a pull-out bed.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes, and cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. If you prefer dining out, numerous local restaurants are just steps away.
Living Area:
Relax in the living area with a smart TV equipped with Roku, where you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts. Please remember to log out before you leave.
Bathroom and Laundry:
The bathroom comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with plush bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available, complete with laundry detergent.
Outdoor Space/Parking:
Enjoy the fenced-in back patio, perfect for dining or simply unwinding. Off-street parking is available in the driveway, though the garage is not accessible to guests. You will have one parking space in the driveway, with ample street parking available in front of the home. Please be considerate of other guests.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to one unit, with each house offering its own entrance, parking, and full use of the space. Keyless entry ensures flexible check-in and check-out times, with the code provided before your arrival.

Be mindful of neighbors and avoid blocking their parking spots or driveways
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
