Amazing house for family vacation! Host was amazing to work with considering we booked 48 hours before arrival after a hurricane! Close walk to the beach and all the chairs, wagons and beach toys are provided! Outdoor living was like a 5 star resorts with pool and hot tub! Host goes above and beyond to provide amenities most rentals don’t have! We will definitely be back!!

Hosting Mike and his family was a truly positive experience from start to finish. From the moment the reservation was made, communication was smooth, clear, and courteous. Mike was easy to coordinate with and always respectful in our interactions, which made the entire hosting process seamless. During their stay, Mike and his family were incredibly thoughtful and took wonderful care of the home. Fantastic property, Melissa the propertymanager was excellent with her communication and made our trip seamless. Property is beautiful with all of the amenities we required. We would book this property again in a heartbeat. Home, pool, hot tub and firepit was the perfect place to hang out.

Fantastic like-new home in the middle of a great area

We came to golf, fish and eat great seafood. This place was immaculate and located around several golf courses and restaurants too numerous to list. Sea Bound is the nicest house in its neighborhood and the Manager was super friendly and great to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

This home has everything you will need to have a great vacation! The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook. The big kitchen table was a plus for my whole family to be able to sit down and eat all together at one time. It also had baby highchair, pack and play, etc so we didn’t have to pack and bring ours. Which saved us on traveling space. The home has so much space and room for everyone. The best part is after a long day to be able to relax in the hot tub or go for dip in the swimming pool. The landscape and outdoor lights are beautiful. I loved the fact that if you had any problems, once I reached out to the host Melissa, she responded immediately and took care of anything that needed handled. I will definitely book this home again on our next family vacation!

A Perfect Christmas Getaway!Our family spent three days here over the Christmas holiday, and it was truly the highlight of our season. Even though it was December, the heated pool was perfectly warm, and the kids spent hours swimming. Having the hot tub available was a luxury for the adults to unwind in the evenings. House was very nice and there was plenty of space for our large family. Kitchen was very well stocked. The pool was great when the weather cooperated. We didn’t use the fire pit or hot tub. The grill came in handy for burgers. There were plenty of beach toys, wagons, bikes and pool towels which were definitely appreciated! It’s a quick walk to the beach. Plenty of parking for several more cars than we had. Communication with Melissa was easy before and during our stay and she quickly resolved a few issues from the previous guests. We would definitely stay there again!
