Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Lake trip for buainess

Very good value to stay at the lake. There is a lot of steps just FYI. I would recommend to anyone with small party traveling. Could use a few updates in furnishings but overall a great place to stay

My biggest issue was I was told there were no stairs to get to the property. This was prior to booking because my husband can’t do stairs much at all. When we arrived there were two sets of stairs to get to the unit. It created a huge problem for enjoying our trip. My husband was house bound for two weeks so we couldn’t do much. The view was great, the complex was nice. The condo could use some new furniture in the living room. & new dishes/pots & pans. The house cleaner needs a lesson on sweeping under the furniture, lots of dog hair and dust. I don’t mean to be critical, it’s a nice unit. But you asked so I wanted to be honest. If it didn’t have stairs we would go back.

My son and I had a wonderful experience! The condo was the perfect location. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the fancy boats drive by. One evening we were treated to a fireworks show with actual fireflies and fireworks! We were visiting with our baseball team so our spot was perfect meeting point for the boys to fish. We hired a fishing guide one morning and Paula allowed us dock access so we were picked up and dropped off right at our door. The pool was also a huge hit. The layout of the condo was great. Laundry facilities were a life saver (baseball gear, fishing, pool clothes would have been disgusting if I had to wait to wash).Only recommendation would be to upgrade the bedding and mattress. We would love to return and definitely think its the best condo in the complex with easy access to lake, back porch is the best spot to be and short walk to pool. The host communication was wonderful and she checked in on us throughout our time. Thanks for an awesome week!!
