This spacious home features an open floor plan with luxury furnishings. The living room has a huge sofa and total seating for 9 with a 60” smart TV. The dining area seats 15 people between the dining table and bar with large bar stools. Play games, listen to the record player, or simply read and relax in the sunroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake and forest - ideal for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. The large deck wraps around the entire back of the house with a gas grill, large outdoor dining table that sits 12, 2 sunbeds and 4 Adirondack chairs. There is a mix of sun and shade throughout the day on different parts of the deck appealing to both those who want to soak up the sun or would like to escape in a cool, shaded area.

The master bedroom is on the main floor opening up to the deck with sunbeds, a telescope for stargazing, and a bathroom with 2 vanities and a walk-in shower (accessible). Three bedrooms on the second floor, including a large family room with a king bed, bunk bed, and pull-out couch. It also features a large sitting area with a cozy couch, two bean bags, a 50” smart TV with the added bonus of an XBOX gaming system and Xbox games on disc for entertainment. The basement offers a private retreat with a king bed, sitting area with a 50” smart TV, and private bathroom. There is a walkout patio with a sliding glass door that allows you to gaze at the lake from the comfort of your bed or enjoy a quieter outdoor area overlooking the lake with comfy hanging chair.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts all the essentials for preparing delicious meals with plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen gadgets available, cooking for the family is a breeze. It is fully stocked with enough dishware and glassware to host large dinners and all the necessary items, such as a KitchenAid mixer, Ninja blender, toaster, and coffee maker that allow you to make specialty coffees such as lattes and cold brews.

Arrive to the house through a long-paved driveway leading into a huge circle drive that has easy access parking for 7+ cars. Allow the kids to be entertained away from the water on a beautiful, grassy lawn - large enough to pick up a game of touch football or soccer. Comes with outdoor games, including cornhole, spike ball, disc slam frisbee, and water guns. For those who prefer to play inside, there are enough games and puzzles to keep the entire family entertained.

This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch.
Firewood is not provided, guests will have to bring their own.
Please note that the gas fireplace is for decoration only and not for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
