Fantastic Location

We had a great time hosting our family here to ski the East. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. The space was perfect for 11 of us and the game area was a big hit. We would happily stay here again!

The property is located in a good neighborhood.The property manager was prompt in his response and the kitchen was well stocked. Space was big enough to accomodate our group of 10. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect for family

Storyland with grandkids was perfect. House is huge. Kitchen was my favorite. Kids loved downstairs with bunks and game room.

Great, quiet location

This is a great home, it has the older home charm. It is well stocked with lots of dishes and even had plates for small children. There were 4 families with children and there was plenty of space for all of us. It is in a nice quiet location but really close to the activities of the area.

Great Family Vacation

Had a great week at Nick and Jens Bartlett house.The location is perfect for everyones needs in a large family.Its a quick ride to Storyland.There are several nice hikes in the area.North Conway is close with all the reastaurants and shops .The house is big enough for everyone and downstairs is great for the kids.The wrap around deck is nice to hang out on.The pool was a quick walk and a nice bonus .Enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

Everything we needed was there. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the family room downstairs was perfect for the teenagers! A little warm without A/C but we managed since we were out most of the day and it cooled down a little at night. We would definitely stay again! 😊

Family Vacation

This is a comfortable house in a nice location. We love the area and make this trip at least ever other year. The house inside is well kept and clean. We noted just a few things for a group as large as ours, the lighting on the main floor could use some over head lights in the living room area. Also with our large group an added half bath would have been a nice addition. We would highly recommend this site to our friends and family. Thank you

The place was nice. Had a few issues.There were food pieces in living room area. When you travel with a toddler
 they find and try to eat anything (ie
.cheese balls under the couch, but close enough to the edge where it was visible). We had to move the grill away from the house because it was catching on fire due to grease build up. We cleaned it and put it back before we left. We couldn’t use the screen sliding doors to get to the deck because they wouldn’t open. Just an inconvenience, but it would have been nice to be able to go in and out that way instead of having to go around. It’s located in a nice area with easy access to everything and having a crib was helpful for our granddaughter. We had a nice time 
 played Sorry(had to improvise with the game pieces as all the games were mismatched), but we made it work! Owners were attentive and we didn’t bother contacting them while we were there as none of the issues were an emergency. Just sharing my honest review and we would go there again.

Fantastic house with exactly what you need

Came up for the weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday with family. Beautiful spot in the woods, super cozy home with everything we needed. Lots of space, fun games in the lower level, great spots for people to sleep and SO wonderfully quiet. We cooked a BIG meal while we were there and were so relieved to have a variety of pans, serving platters, utensils, etc that makes "travel cooking" much easier. We took two beautiful hikes while there. Coming back to Nick and Jen's home was cozy, comfortable and fun for everyone. Close to North Conway. Great communication with Nick and Jen, we look forward to coming back!

We had a great week exploring Story Land, The Fryburg Fair, Dianas Bath, cathedral ledge and The Kanc. Everything from Bartlett is 15-20 minuets away, we love Bartlett for its small town and easy access to the rest of the White Mountains to the North and West. The Condo: the location is in a nice community off a dirt road and minuets to Attitash. The unit is well equipped with a large deck and sleeps at least 10 on 3 levels including the walk out basement. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a full and other with bunks and a twin. The master bathroom is very dated (1988) but functional. The main living area is comfortable for relaxing with a few couches and rug in front of the large freestanding wood stove. The lower level is beautiful looks to be fairly new. It also features 3 bunks and a full sized bed along with a comfy couch and beautiful chairs. Perfect family hang out spot. The Host: communication with the host from time of booking was excellent. It was equally as helpful during our stay when I had a question he replied within minuets and arranged service all within minuets of me notifying him. 10/10Only area where I could suggest improvements would be with a thorough deep cleaning or changing cleaners. There are areas that haven’t seen a vacuum in a long time. And areas that hadn’t been dusted in year(s).Do not be hesitant to book this property it’s a solid rentals right around all the action of the Mountains! Overall 7/10

Location & Communication!

Communication with the host from start to finish was excellent. The house is easy to find, clean and comfortable. The kids truly enjoyed the downstairs play area, while the adults sat by the wood stove for a night cap. If you are a skier, you’re going to love this house. You’re car won’t even have time to warm up, that’s how close you are to Attitash. North Conway and surrounding tourist spots a very short drive away. Well maintained and a great stay!

Perfect set up for our vacation

We had 4 teenagers, me and my husband and his parents with us. The set up was perfect. In laws slept on the first floor, kids in the basement and me an hubby in the 2nd floor. The kids had a great time hanging in the basement on the rainy day we had. Plenty to do down there. The in laws had a peaceful sleep not hearing the teenagers play all night long in the basement and hubby and I had a nice quiet relaxing space just to ourselves. We were not able to use the grill. It was pretty dirty on the outside and even more gross on the inside. And we ended up having to clean the entire porch as it was covered in spider webs and leaves. The interior was clean and had everything you could need. Somebody left a cup filled with sugar in the cabinet and we had a bit of an ant problem upon arrival. But once we found the cup and rewashed all the dishes in that cabinet no more ants. The location was great. Not too far from anything. We went to Cranmore, Santa’s Village, Echo Lake, the aquarium and the outlets.

NH winter family getaway!

Perfect for our 2 families! The area is very pretty, close to Diana’s Bath which we hiked and the Living Aquarium that the kids (and even adults) enjoyed! The condo was a great corner spot, basement was awesome for the teenage boys, overall it worked for our 3 nights and 4 days away!

Wonderful time

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and pleasant. The kids has a great time with the air hockey and foosball tables on the lower level. The property is only a very short drive to Attitash (3 minutes to Bear Peak and 5 to the main base lodge parking lot). The property owners were very responsive. We left a few belongings by accident and they mailed them back to us, which was very considerate. Really an excellent experience.
