Genießen Sie Ihren nächsten Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Eagle Ridge Condo in Intervale, NH mit herrlichem Bergblick. Diese gut ausgestattete Wohnung im ersten Stock verfügt über "Cuddl Duds" -Laken und weiche Handtücher und bietet bequem Platz für 7 Personen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Vollbädern. Das wunderbar offene Konzeptdesign macht es den Gästen leicht, sich beim Kochen oder Fernsehen zu entspannen. Die Küche verfügt über alle grundlegenden Dinge sowie einen Geschirrspüler und schöne Granitarbeitsplatten. Alle drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz und beinhalten; ein Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (Doppel oben, Doppel auf der Unterseite), Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad. Es gibt auch ein zweites Vollbad neben dem Wohnzimmer. Entspannen Sie sich auf der hinteren Veranda und genießen Sie den schönen Bergblick. We came to NH to take in the Fryeburg Fair, arrived to a beautiful view, comfortable and clean place to stay for the weekend. Area restaurants were great! At night we relaxed on the porch with a view, played cards at the dining table and watched tv. We will be back!

Very nice Location on top of the hill. Very well equipped kitchen. You Need to Check-in and pickup the keys Downtown and Drive around 15-20 mins to the property and for Check-out all the way back.

This was a very nice property with beautiful views of the mountains. The beds were comfortable and unit had plenty of dishes, utensils and towels. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The check in/out process was manageable but not ideal as you had to go to property management company to get key on way to unit and then drop off key after checking out. Our only issue was not having hot water for showers first morning as breaker to hot water heater had been shut off. Personnel at property management were helpful in providing recommendations for things to see in the area.

The Eagle has landed!

Went up with my wife, dad and sons. The condo was perfect for us. Three bedrooms were perfect for us. The view out back was beautiful and we were even able to sled outside of the condo! The location is great, just a short drive to everything the area has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Second time was a charm.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property (see previous review from February of 2023). Everything was as advertised and the accommodations were excellent. Great property for families who want to explore the the North Conway area. Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay there again.

Clean and convenient

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, very convenient to cranmore (which has plenty for the kids to do along with skiing), close to shopping areas, had all the amenities one would need and check in and check out were a breeze. The only thing we missed was having an indoor pool/jacuzzi but we just went down the street kahuna Laguna instead. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful view, great location!

Visited for a few nights with adults and one child (almost 6 y/o). Fairly well stocked, nice layout and great views. Minor notes: the decorative pine cones were a cute touch but made the coffee table unusable for games or snacks. Also, every room had a number of pillows we could only describe as "overwhelming" and there were no reasonable places to store them. (The bedroom I was in had 12.) Otherwise, a great visit! The pool was lovely and the view from the porch was gorgeous.

Comfortable Hilltop Condo w/Great Views & Access to N. Conway

A very well-appointed and cozy condo within a small, hilltop community that is minutes from Cranmore and North Conway. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed or stay. Ideal for a single family (3 bedrooms, 4 beds) with good-sized shared space. Management company was communicative and easy to work with. Would stay here again the next time we are in town. Very much recommend this property.

A Wonderful Vacation

We just returned from a week at this beautiful condo, we had a fantastic stay. The condo is spacious, clean and modern. It has all you need to a stay, plenty of dishes and cookware, comfortable places to relax. The condo development is so quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool and tennis courts are a fun bonus. Courtney at Select Real Estate was a pleasure to work with, everything went very smoothly. We will definitely return to this unit.

Great Location and very spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Ridge Condos. Great location and easy to N Conway, Bartlett, and Jackson areas. Condo was very clean with everything you could want or need. Beautiful view of the mountains from the back deck. Residents were friendly. The check in process was a bit inconvenient having to go to the R.E. office to get key and make arrangements if outside of office hours. We would rent this unit again.

Gorgeous place - highly recommended!!!

We had a fabulous time staying in this apartment. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was very well stocked, everything was very clean and the view is amazing! Only slight issue we had was the directions to the place are not well marked on the road or the map itself. the gps actually got us there even though the paper they give you says not to trust your gps Also the place to pick up/drop off the key is about a 20 minute drive from the actual apartment. Not a big deal but something to factor into your arrival/departure. Would still highly recommend this place we had a lovely time!! Will be back next year to use the pool hopefully!

The place was perfect for a couple's 4-day getaway. The directions were perfect. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed, the rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and tranquil, and the TVs & WiFi worked fine. All the towels are thick and plush.Cons: The communication at the office check-in was not good. We were not instructed to turn on the circuit breaker and ball valve to the water heater. Upon entering the home, there was no running water. I immediately called the office and left 2 messages. One message was with the emergency number. I never received a return call for the entire 4-day stay. Being a homeowner, I went to the utility room and figured it out. If I did not know about electrical panels & water supply ball valves, we would have gone without water because the office never called back.It is not the responsibility of the occupant to operate any utility equipment. The landlord should have all utilities working upon arrival.

Hi Mike, We are so happy you enjoyed your getaway! We do appreciate your feedback about the communication and water. We had some issues with our afterhours phone, but it has been corrected to ring on our cellphones. The condo association actually requires that anytime the property is vacated the water heater and water main are turned off, normally there are clear instructions at the property. I am sorry we didn't realize that these had been misplaced and appreciate that you are handy and were able to figure it out. We have updated the instructions with a large notice on the refrigerator and in the check-in package for future guests. We are always looking to improve so we appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback.
