We're excited to offer you a special deal with NO CLEANING FEE Our stunning space features a spacious living room with plenty of seating for 4 guests, 2 Smart TV's, and WiFi to keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Both bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds with fresh linens and pillows provided, and the bathroom is stocked with towels, toiletries, and a bathtub with a shower. Don't forget to take advantage of the outdoor seating area outside each unit.

Explore the area with a stroll on the causeway beach and a visit to the High and Dry Grill for some refreshments. Nearby attractions include beaches, parks, downtown Dunedin, and the Oldsmar Flea Market, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops to discover.

Wonderful place to stay! Great communication with owner, Karen who gave recommendations of restaurants, activities, grocery store, etc. Karen thought of everything like the conveniences of home. It was wonderful to be so close to Honeymoon Island and the causeway. Walking distance to almost everything such as restaurants, Walgreens, Publix and Pinellas Trail. I highly recommended and hope to stay at Mai Tai Suites in the future

Honeymoon Island get away

This is a Beautiful place to stay. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and grocery stores. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and great quality. Definitely recommend this place if you want a nice relaxing getaway. Excellent communication with owner.

There was a cold snap when we were visiting. I had to get a hold of the owner to request that she turn the heat on. It was a remote-controlled dial that she only had access to use. I don't understand why I had to request heat. It's obvious that it was necessary due to cool temperatures. I requested an extra blanket for the bed, but that request was ignored. Blankets on the beds were thin. There was only one beach towel available. Plus, I received a lame text stating a fun fact that flushable wipes aren't flushable.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us Myra. During your visit, Dunedin Florida experienced a cold snap, and once you reached out, we immediately switched the system to heat mode to ensure the condo was comfortable. Guests always have full control of the thermostat during their stay. In Florida it’s quite common to need heat in the morning and air conditioning later the same day during the winter months. Many guests struggle with the transition from AC to heat mode on the Nest so we do it on the back end for ease of use. Because we are located on the Gulf Coast of Florida and operate year-round in a mostly warm coastal climate, we do not typically stock heavy winter blankets, though standard bedding is always provided. Beach towels are supplied for guest use, and we’re happy to clarify where they can be found if it was an issue finding them. Our informational reminders about plumbing are to prevent ugly situations where you may have to vacate the unit and end your stay. We only have these silly messages and reminders because they happen and try to avoid repeat performances 🙃 We appreciate your feedback and are always grateful for the opportunity to clarify expectations for future travelers. For my future guests, December and January are mostly cold in Florida. Infact, this very weekend February 1-3 2026 they are predicting snow flurries.

Mini Vacation

The interior is completely brand new. You will be pleased with this home. We only used one more than enough space for us. Kitchen, bathroom was perfect. You will be in the middle of Main Street Dunedin as well as Tarpon-both are worth a visit. Not too far from Saint Peterburg's 30 minutes to Clearwater. A quiet comfortable area. Definitely worth a visit. We stayed 3 night, 4 days.

Dunedin is an idyllic coastal town that I had never even visited until the day we looked at Mai Tai Suites to purchase. I immediately fell in love with the Dunedin Causeway as well as the charming downtown. So much to do, the people of Dunedin are so friendly and kind.
There is this cool vibe about the property location itself, and that is what made me purchase it the day we looked at it. I knew I could turn it into something special. Last but not least, Dunedin is very dog friendly and I love dogs.

Location, Location, Location! One mile to Honeymoon Island, 3 miles to downtown Dunedin, 15 minutes to Clearwater beach and under an hour to Tampa International Airport. Some of the best restaurants that I have ever eaten at in Downtown Dunedin. There is no shortage of things to do and see in the immediate area.
