OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The highlight of the Lakeview Villa is the incredible private outdoor sanctuary. Immerse yourself on the stunning views of the lakefront golf course and the San Jacinto mountain range while soaking in your own private pool with a waterfall from the raised spa. There’s a partially covered porch with a seating area around a gas fire pit for those cool desert nights.
If you prefer to dine al fresco, there's a dining table for six and a gas BBQ grill on the patio. For relaxing in the sun there are loungers and umbrellas. This incredible retreat offers everything you need for the Southern California desert lifestyle!

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
A spacious, open-concept layout with high ceilings seamlessly connects two hangout areas, dining area, and kitchen, where your whole group can spread out and unwind. The living room is filled with natural light from large windows that overlook the pool, spa, and golf course. There is a gas fireplace, a pool table, a large flat screen Smart TV with premium cable as well as capabilities to log in to stream your favorite shows, and plenty of plush seating to enjoy and relax. The expansive full kitchen features full-size appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 6.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms are very spacious and come with ample storage. The primary bedroom includes a California King mattress, a smart-TV, ceiling fan, direct access to the side patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in closet, and a step-in-shower. The second guest room features a queen bed, built-in closet and ceiling fan. Third guest room is a fantastic option for kids and teens, with two full-size beds, ceiling fan, and an alcove-style office space with a desk, monitor, and a sofa.

THE LOCATION
Great location in the very popular gated-community of Desert Princess Country Club. You'll be just minutes away from the Palm Springs International airport and Palm Springs downtown scene, where you can explore art galleries, dine at restaurants, and discover local boutiques. Grocery stores and Starbucks are within easy reach (3 min drive). This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.

Guest access
You will have the entire Villa, patio, and private pool & spa to yourself. See optional pool heating fee info included in the "Other things to note".

Guests also have access to the Desert Princess Golf Course, along with additional amenities such as community pools & spas, tennis/pickleball, basketball, bocce, racquetball courts, fitness center and restaurant (additional fees may apply). Guests are not permitted to use the golf course unless greens fees have been paid.

Desert Princess is a guarded gated community, and your group will be provided access for your stay.

*** CITY REGULATIONS/HOA REGULATIONS ***
- Maximum Occupancy – 6 people and 3 cars permitted
- We are located in a quiet community home to many year-round residents. Cathedral City has a strict noise ordinance in place for all vacation rentals stating that there is no outdoor amplified music allowed at any time and quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited. Music played from the inside of the villa shall not be heard beyond the villa walls at all times.
- No parties or large gatherings.
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a rental agreement (contract) for stays of 28+ days.

*** RESTRICTIONS ***
- No pets allowed
- No smoking at the home, inside and outside.

*** POOL/SPA ***
The pool will be heated to a comfortable 87 degrees upon request with an additional fee of $75/day (paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee. Please Note: This fee is not included in the quoted price on booking platforms. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Pool heat is usually needed from late October thru May. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost.

Children: This house is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house or gated. If you bring a child that is under the age of 12, we ask that adults pay extra attention to which doors are open.

*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check in 4PM and check out 10AM. Guests receive a code for the front door lock. If any damage occurs during your stay, please advise us at check-out. Even minor items will need our attention for the next guest.
