I once shipped tiles from Rome to Virginia to California just to have a replica of an old church in Rome for my bathroom floor in Irvine, because it brought great memory to me.
I have been helping clients to host their Airbnb accounts from beginning to end which includes a minor upgrade to the home to create a more desirable rental, study of the areas and city including licensing when required, strategize the nightly rate to maximin the profit margin, providing check-in and check-out services, cleaning services and maintenance.
