We have a zero tolerance policy for any parties or large crowds occupying the unit. If we are notified by anyone of any parties, large gatherings, or loud music being played, you will be escorted from the premises immediately. You will also be responsible for paying an incurred property management fine of $500 which will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours.

Please be mindful of future guests and the cleaners who will need to prepare the unit for their stay once you leave. You will incur a $50 Late Check-Out Fee if you remain in the unit past check-out time. If more than 30 minutes have passed since check-out and you are still in the unit, you will incur an additional fee of $1 per minute.

Please keep the keys in a well known location during your stay. A lost key will result in a $100 replacement fee.

Please step outside to smoke. Do not smoke inside the home. You will incur a $100 fine if we smell smoke or see other signs of smoking inside the house.
