Clean, nice home. Parking onsite, but challenging. Balcony was unaccessible at time of our stay. Stayed here to go to the water park, very convenient, great location.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and safe. Beds were just ok. In window ac systems work fine. Large, high ceiling basement apartment worked fine. We didn't think stairs were bad as some wrote.

Overall the townhouse was very nice & clean. We loved the location & the price was reasonable .The host was very responsive & accommodating. I would like to suggest that you replace the mattresses on all three beds to provide more comfortable sleeping for your guests. Also, the issue in the basement with the lighting & no mirror in the bathroom needs to be addressed. Thank you for your hospitality. Our trip to Braves game & the Marietta area was great!

Location was perfect. The place was clean and efficient but...it is definitely not for anyone struggling with mobility or balance. Access in and around is difficult, especially for the elderly. I would think the same for young children also. The downstairs bedroom is,well, unique. If you are able to maneuver decently then this will be a good choice. Sorry, but I could not do it again, and suggest explaining the issue better in your ad. The pictures don't do justice if you have not been around the area.

We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament. Property is conveniently located to I-75 with a 20 minute drive to LakePoint and 15 minutes to East Cobb. Property matched the description. Lots of steps and backing in to park was definitely easier. We called the downstairs the man cave. My son took his PS5 and made himself at home. It was hot and the upstairs bedrooms definitely needed the window ac units. Ola was very welcoming and quick to respond to questions/ issues. The neighborhood is very residential, but quiet. We felt safe in the area. We would stay here again.

Perfect weekend! The house was exactly as pictured. We there to attend Braves baseball games, so we were only there to sleep and shower. Easy travel to and from Truist Park! Would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive!

Very nice house. As others mentioned, driveway is steep, and a bit of a tight fit if you have 2 cars (I am younger though, so a little more nervous when squeezing into a tight space). Also a lot of stairs, all bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs, and there's several to get up to the house, so just be aware. Pretty well stocked with things like pots, pans, plates, ect. The shower in one of the upstairs bedroom does have a bath that has a pretty tall step over, so just be aware of that as well. Host was extremely quick in responding to messages, which I appreciate. All in all, was a great place, just some very minor issues, most of which is just due to it being on a hill.

House on the Hill

We stayed for a week in Marietta for a baseball tournament. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for all the games and we could get to downtown easily for sight seeing. The house has a very steep driveway but we figured out quickly it was easier to back in than to pull in forward. We enjoyed our stay and our son loved the man cave.

The host is amazing with communicating the expectations and etc. Just be aware that the basement’s bathroom is a bit smaller than the avg size and there are pros and cons in regard to the basement bedroom as a whole. Loved the community. Will definitely book again if I ever return to ATL.

A very nice stay. No parking in the street, but there were other vehicles that did. The bedrooms are up stairs and downstairs not a big problem for us. Close to 75 to get to the fields.

Husband/Father's Day Getaway

Three couples going to the Atlanta Braves games for Father's Day weekend. We have been doing this for 15 years now. THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. We arrived, had no problem getting in. Picked our rooms and went to the first game on Friday. Came back, cooked and enjoyed each other's company. Repeat for Saturday and Sunday. We had an amazing time. We are already trying to book this place again in a couple of months. I highly recommend anyone staying here. Great place for Friends and or Family. Very spacious....I give it a five

Those steep steps

Enjoyed the property overall. The steps were challenging going up and down with a 10 month old in a car seat and a 2 year old. My daughters have had surgery on their legs and was in pain. I didn’t realize that the steps were the front entrance when I booked. But other than that we enjoyed the facility. Thank you.

The place was clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, and tissue, which we appreciated. Fast WiFi & quiet community. We did have a small issue getting in at first; the code didn’t work, but after contacting Vrbo/ the host, it was resolved within about 10 minutes.The main concern was the showers; one had no water, another had a non-working showerhead, and both had inconsistent water temps that didn’t last long. We worked around it during our stay and informed the host before leaving so it could be fixed for future guests.A switch needed to be on for the plumbing/electrical, downstairs, instructions could benefit from clearer wording. Or label the switch itself to make it easier to pinpoint & foolproof.The house/parking is on a really steep hill, we backed in to make it easier to come & go.Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the home was clean, the host was responsive & incredibly friendly, and we had a good stay.

Can’t always get what you want

The day of check in I received an email detailing things. The big thing was that the downstairs/basement main light had to be on in order for the toilet to flush, the shower to drain, and only one outlet worked in the basement. One upstairs bath had no hot water. Had 2 small bugs in other upstairs bedroom, along with the squeakiest bed that I’ve ever had. It was clean, peaceful and in a nice location.

My husband and I and two other couples come down every year for Father's Day weekend. We stayed here last year and it was available again this year and we grabbed it. Beautiful home, very clean, well stocked and COMFORTABLE beds. Check in was easy and the host was always reachable Located in a very good and quiet neighborhood. Definitely will stay again next year.
