The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious 3 bedroom with views of all Avalon. This three bedroom top floor condo has a complete and well stocked kitchen with wonderful views from the balconies, main living space and two of the bedrooms.

The property is a 3 bedroom 3 bath villa with two balcony and views of the hills, city, casino and ocean. The balcony is a delightful spot to have breakfast and watch the sunrise. And while the sun sets on the other side of the island, it is still incredible to enjoy the beauty of dusk. Our villa is accessed via 28 stairs (individual steps) and elevator. Inside the unit are a further flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms that are upstairs within the unit.
*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the Avalon Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home.

Air conditioning via three split head units (one in back bedroom, one in the hall and another in the living room) there is a portable air-conditioning unit in the closet of one of the bedrooms as well. Staff will install it if needed on the hottest days of the year.

Please be aware this place has quite a bit of stairs as well as an elevator. Even when you use the elevator there are at least four short sets of stairs you need to go up in order to get into the unit. The location is walking distance from the location where Catalina Express disembarks. if you have a lot of luggage you may want to take a taxi.
