As you step through the front door, you're greeted by a generous wet/mudroom, ideal for storing your winter or summer gear and preparing for the day's adventures while staying sheltered from the elements. The second door off the mudroom leads you into a grand foyer, warmly welcoming you into the home.
On the main level, you'll find a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, a loft/entertainment/TV area, and a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private patio with stunning views. The cozy loft/TV room features a flatscreen SMART TV with streaming services, perfect for movie nights, reading, or quiet relaxation.
Descend a short flight of stairs to the living area, where cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wall of windows flood the space with natural light and panoramic views. The modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area are two steps down from the living area, perfect for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones while enjoying scenic vistas from the large surrounding windows.
Step through the sliding glass door off the dining area to the private, expansive deck—ideal for outdoor adventures and savoring the best views this mountain home has to offer. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
