I understand not all clients can be satisfied, but I would like all readers to get the correct information. The condo has no heating and electrical issues. Mrs. S is blaming me for knowing about a pre existing condition. There was no pre-existing condition. We alerted her to the fact that she may have to reset a single breaker as the previous tenant (who had stayed the entire previous week) told us that they had to reset the breaker on one occasion. I thought it prudent to let her know, if that should occur again. Since it did, and she was unable to reset the circuit breaker, I managed to get an electrician to come by on not only the recognized National Holiday, New Years Day, but also during a snowstorm! She notified me at 1 pm and gave me until 2 pm to fix the problem and get an electrician out there. At 2, I let her know the electrician was coming, but, by then, she decided on her own, to find alternative accommodations. The electrician told me he'd arrive between 3 and 4:30. She claims he arrived at 5. I'm sure he was delayed because of the snowstorm. Nonetheless, he reset the breaker without issue and could not replicate the issue Mrs S had mentioned. She mentioned upon arrival, the cleaners were not finished cleaning the place. Again, I’m sure the cleaners were also delayed due to the record snow storm that happened that week. I recall her saying the only thing left for them to do was to sit around and wait for the towels to finish drying in the dryer. Mrs. S. erroneously states that the one circuit breaker controls the entire downstairs and part of the upstairs This is simply false. The breaker in question controls one outlet in one of two downstairs bedrooms, the hall lights, one outlet in the family room upstairs, and the upstairs guest bathroom. All other rooms would have had sufficient heat and light even if the breaker was off. I even have a portable heater for spot heating and extra comfort for our tenants. She was able to run this heater in the room in question. This portable heater is more than capable to heat one room, so even that room had heat as well. I was extremely responsive to Mrs. S's needs. I had batteries delivered to her (again on a Nationally Observed Holiday during a snowstorm) and got an electrician out there within hours from her request. I feel I bent over backwards to accommodate Mrs. S., but unfortunately couldn't satisfy her. We have had subsequent tenants in the condo without any issue.
