Genießen Sie Ihren Strandurlaub in diesem schönen 4-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Meer! Auf der Promenade zwischen der B- und C-Straße gelegen, ist diese mittlere Einheit (einstöckig) eines Triplex nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften, Restaurants, dem Balboa Pier und einem Fahrradverleih entfernt. Diese Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Außendeck, aktualisiert eingerichtet, 2 Wohnzimmer, neue Holzböden und wunderschöne Meer und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang!

Der vordere Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 Sofas, Couchtisch, ein Sessel, Flachbildschirm-TV und phänomenale Aussicht auf den Ozean! Es gibt 2 Esstische, eine, die 4 Sitze und die andere Sitz 6. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, darunter eine Spülmaschine, Abfallverdichtungsgerät und viel Schrank und Ablagefläche für die Lagerung und Zubereitung von Speisen. Die Rückseite Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 Sofas, einen Couchtisch und eine Küchenzeile, die einen Mini-Kühlschrank und Waschbecken gehören. Die Außenterrasse verfügt über einen Tisch, Stühle und einen Grill, perfekt für hanging out und Kochen für Familie und Freunde!

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem anschließt Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett auch mit einem anschließt Bad. Die dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer haben jeweils 2 Einzeleinzelbetten. Es gibt ein weiteres Badezimmer auf dem Flur in Richtung der Vorderseite des Hauses. Es ist ein Queen-Schlafsofa in der Rückseite des Hauses.

Es gibt 2 Tandemparkplätze auf der linken Seite der Garage. Waschmaschine und Trockner Zugang in der Garage.

Balboa Village ist eine malerische, kleine Strandstadt, die aus nur 3 kleinen Blöcken neben dem Balboa Pier besteht. Hier können Sie die Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und FUN Zone durchsehen. I book thru VRBO and it was easy To do but to do check in it was a hassle having to go to the office and given different instructions! I have nothing bad to say about the location and stay, we when on a family trip and my kiddos enjoy having the beach front gateway has no words!!!

We had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is there was a musty smell, maybe this is usual with the close proximity to the ocean.Communication regarding payment was challenging but eventually resolved. Communication about the loose cable making noise during the night was also a bit challenging but again was resolved satisfactorily. Thanks for a great spot to celebrate with my sisters.

Overall a really great place to stay! You cannot beat the location. The view from the property is absolutely gorgeous! Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook full meals easily. There could be a few improvements like new towels and having body soap/shampoo in all bathrooms but in general I would come again!

Amazing Beach Access

This VRBO was perfect for our family's needs. The beach access was amazing, and it was a short walk to some cute little shops. We traveled with our kids, 4 of them adults and the house had enough space to spread out. The living/gathering area was perfect for games and meals, and the view was amazing.

Most everything was good. My family and I loved the location. The house was nice. My only complaint was I asked that the outside grill be checked as we were bbq on Thanksgiving Eve. Well not only was the grill dirty, but only one side worked. Cooking for a group took a lot longer than expected. But we survived. The bathroom shower door in the double bedroom, fell on my granddaughter. Came off the slide thing. My husband put it back on, but didn’t let anyone use it after that. The other shower doors were hard to slide. We kept them open. Sort of a safety issue. But overall it was good stay. Thank you

The location of this property is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful ocean-front view. We truly enjoyed biking along the boardwalk every day and taking relaxing walks to Balboa Village — the setting really made our stay special.The house offers plenty of space, which was great for our group, although it could benefit from some refreshing updates.We stayed at another property just a few doors down earlier this year, and they provided thoughtful extras like beach towels and beach chairs, which made a big difference and were very much appreciated. In comparison, this house offers very limited additional amenities.Our main concern was the washer and dryer operating on a coin system. One of the reasons we choose vacation homes is for the convenience, especially for longer stays. We stayed for nine nights, and having to find and use quarters for laundry felt inconvenient and somewhat discouraging. It wasn’t about the cost — it was more about the added hassle during what’s meant to be a relaxing vacation.Overall, the location is truly wonderful, but a few updates and added conveniences would greatly improve the guest experience.

Beachfront location

Very walkable to beach and restaurants. Very spacious and well supplied. I would have given it 5 stars all around except there was a power outage (which wasn't their fault) which was an inconvenience but my mom really enjoyed her 90th birthday surprise.

Great space, great location, needs some updates

Positives- great large space, plenty of beds and baths for a large group of people. Excellent location with walkability to activities. Negatives- no beach towels (they are offered at an additional “rental” fee), beds/linens need upgrading especially for the ratw, too many checkout rules.

Sometimes we have beach equipment left over from previous guests which we do leave in the homes. It is also very common to have basic check out rules like the ones we have, but we are sorry that this was an issue for you. The condo is very spacious. We were a party of 7. Never felt we were in each others way. We enjoyed the large dining table and large comfortable sofa. The beds were comfortable. Lots of water pressure and hot water. Off street parking is a real plus in this neighborhood. Wifi service was a little spotty. Easy check in and check out.

Fantastic location. Few steps and your on the sand . Great people watching up and down the bike path. Only 1 block until you hit restaurants/bars etc for a meal or nightlife.

The rooms were certainly not clean. There was trash under the sofa. The fridge was extremely noisy and kept us up till 2:30am one night. Under the fridge was disgusting. We had to clean drawer liners in a bedroom. There were ants all over the kitchen floor. The furniture was dated as was most of the apartment. Lights did not work. The bathroom fan did not work. The sliding patio doors did not move easilly. The door handle was broken off and the door threshold had not been cleaned in years. Water came through the bottom of one of the windows and into an electrical outlet and onto the floor. The small apartment front door threshold is rotten. Some lamps were rusty. The listing had been creatively done and the photos were deceiving. The view was great.
