The home sits on the Vidanta Golf Course on top of the affluent street of Paseo Finisterra. It is Uniquely Architecturally designed in the shape of a Conch Shell reaching into the sky. With painted white curved walls and a circular open staircase running throughout its center, this home is named Concha Blanca.

You will enjoy the location because, once you arrive you can walk to nearly anywhere from here. You don't need a car or taxi until you fly home. From this home you can walk to the 10 Best Restaurants in San Jose, bars with meals, Tequila tasting rooms, jewelry shops, massage, facials, clothing shops and supermarkets. You can walk to the beach, horseback riding, Vidanta Golf Course.

Enjoy a margarita on the deck, overlooking the pool, golf course, and ocean views with friends and family. It is a wonderful property for groups, with its four-bedroom Villa and three separate Casitas on the property. Yet there's lots of privacy, with the Villa's 4 bedroom Suites having their own bathrooms while the three separate Self Contained Casitas for your private "down time."

ALL Villa 4 Bedrooms have comfortable King Beds, and ALL 3 Casitas also have King beds, and each has a Queen Futon that can sleep two added guests. Each Casita can sleep up to 4 guests.

The pool is always comfortable, with the solar water collector heating during the day and a Jacuzzi for a night dip. Enjoy lounging under the covered Veranda or get a suntan on the large pool deck, which has a Palapa table for shade that you can enjoy while enjoying meals, drinks, or playing cards; it's your vacation.

Our new rooftop patio entertainment center has an amazing view. It has an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill, two mini refrigerators, a microwave, and two sinks. The gas fire pit seats 10, and other seating options include two built-in ice buckets for drinks. Down by the pool or high on the rooftop, your group will create special moments.
