You can enjoy a great family dinner out on the screened in deck, or just sit in the cozy furniture, look for dolphins to swim by, watch the blue herons stop and fish at the waters edge, watch the shrimp boats going in and out, launch your small water craft on the community boat ramp, or launch larger vessels at either of the 2 all new boat launches just a few minutes away on County Road 6 (Bay Side) or County Road 4 (ICW). No boat? No Problem! You can explore the waters on your own with the 2 provided kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Dolphin Dreams also has a wonderful backdrop for weddings and other great events!! Bring the family, friends, and all to enjoy this amazing home!

Dolphin Dreams is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath raised home . The Primary Suite entails a King Size Bed, Mounted Smart TV, Full Size Bath with a beautiful walk in shower. The guest bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunk Beds, a mounted Smart TV, and a full bath with a shower/ tub combo. Gather the family in the open and spacious great room where you will find the living area with a 85" Smart TV with seating for all and a fully stocked kitchen with seating at the island to mix and mingle while creating meals or chatting over take out! Or, for an amazing experience, take the food and everyone outside on the screened in porch and sit at the large dining table and enjoy the sounds, scenery and each other.

On the bottom, ground level is a charcoal grill, and a pad to park your RV/ Camper with hook ups for only $20 additional per night. Or you can park Boat/Trailer for no extra cost. What a great home to come back every year and make those fantastic family vacation memories!
