Relax and unwind Jo in this fully renovated (from the inside out) 2 bedroom 2 bath raised cottage in Fort Morgan with amazing views of the water. Dig your toes in the sand of your beach on the bay. (There is no entry into the bay for swimming.) Dock your boat or fish off of the 225' pier. Watch the dolphins play! (The pier is shared with another cottage across the street.)

Public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across Fort Morgan Road and is about a 5-8 minute walk away. Pelican’s Perch is located just minutes from the Fort Morgan Historical Park and the ferry to Dauphin Island. A public boat ramp with 2 double ramps is located just past the ferry landing. Back to school trip

This location was even better than we had expected. We planned one last trip before school starts to let kids play in the ocean and do a little fishing. Could never imagined we were literally feet away from one of the best times they would ever have. Kids fished from sunup till late in the night. While we were able relax in the shade We were a 5 minutes walk from shore fishing and riding the waves in the gulf

Took my breath away! Loved it!

Very clean comfortable and quiet! Looking over the bay was spectacular. Oh my goodness the bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft I didn’t want to get out of bed. Golf/Fishing Vacation

Clean, nice home with a great view of the bay. Caught several species off the dock and at the beach across the street. The golf course near by was immaculate. Will stay here again.
