This well-appointed, thoughtfully designed property is the total package: great kitchen, comfy furniture, amazing beds, close proximity to the Santa Fe bike trail, a neighborhood park, and cool Big D shops and dining. The owner was so accommodating and friendly, and not one detail on the entire property was overlooked—an absolute jewel! My family and I come to Dallas often and we cannot wait to come back to this one-of-a-kind oasis.

A very charming home located close to American Airlines Convention Center. The house was clean and comfortable. Located across the street from a lovely park. It had everything we needed for 4 adults visiting Dallas for the weekend.

Perfect for our stay

Gorgeous home in a perfect location. The home was super clean and had everything we could need. Right across the street is a park so it was very convenient for our morning and evening walks with our dog. Not to mention the beautiful back yard which is fully fenced. Highly recommend this home!

Our stay was awesome here! Plenty of room for 6 of us a 2yo to stay comfortably! House was very clean and cozy. Communication with the owner was easy and a quick response time! Comfortable, Convenient & Homey

The property surprised us with its efficient floorplan, upscale amenities, and thoughtful use of outdoor spaces. We used the carport-game room and grassy patio areas nightly for grilling and playing pool. Beds were extra comfortable and master suite spacious!

Very clean and all of the entertainment you need!!

We loved our stay at this home! Kathleen was very communicative and thought of everything! This home is very clean, is in a cute neighborhood, had so many things to keep our teenagers entertained. They loved the pool table, basketball goal, darts, and scooters. We will definitely stay at this home again when we’re back in the area.

Great Stay

Home is better than described. My family and I came into town for a football game. We were looking for something quiet and near SMU. The home is well equipped and the park across the street was a great surprise for my 7yo son. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely property next to a park

My brother and I stayed at this property for 5 nights in February and loved it. The house is in an extremely nice neighborhood and is very cozy and comfortable. The park across the street is handy for those with small kids or dogs. The owner was very responsive. Definitely the nicest Vrbo I've stayed in for the price. Highly recommend for families and those looking for a quiet, safe and relaxing place to stay near downtown Dallas!

Travel for family wedding a success

This home was perfect for our family. There were plenty of amenities to entertain everyone. We came to Dallas to attend the wedding of our niece. The home was close to the wedding venue. It was also close to stores, restaurants, and other wonderful activities available in the city. We highly recommend this home.

Thank you for your feedback Amanda. We had an exterminator come after your stay due to the ants you saw in the Master and we did have some carpenter ants making themselves at home! We love our massive pecan trees but they do keep our exterminators employed. I also made sure that the cleaning crew took extra time addressing your feedback regarding dust and shower. We appreciate all feedback as it just makes us better hosts for all our guests in the future. Hope your girls did great in the Cheerleading Competition!

Hollywood Holiday

Great home in Dallas’ Hollywood Santa Monica neighborhood! The house is very comfortable with a superb master suite. The outdoor space is excellent with a big yard and patio as well as a park across the street. The host is very responsive although everything we needed was already at the house. Highly recommend!

Fun/Comfortable East Dallas/Lakewood Stay

What a darling/clean/fun place for a family or a group of friends! So close to all the Lakewood has to offer and not far from SMU. We loved the pool table and basketball goal!!! Having 3 separate bedrooms was a bonus. Host thought of everything - coffee/water, etc. The back porch is perfect to sip wine and chat with friends. We’ll be back.

A great accommodation

We were extremely pleased to find this home. It is exactly as advertised. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, safe, and fun places to walk. We had a friend and his wife in Dallas for two months for medical procedures. They did not stay with us, but they came over two different times and enjoyed our living room and pretty surroundings, which was much better than the small apartment they had downtown.Management quickly responded to the few questions we had.The outdoor sitting areas were great.We would definitely recommend this for up to six people.

Sweet Home Away from Home

This home has so much character, coziness, and everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our time spent inside and outside this beautiful & clean home. We hated to leave this property. Our fur baby even enjoyed this home as well as the park across the street. If we ever come back to Dallas, we plan on staying here again. The home owner was very helpful, nice, and quick to respond when we needed her. The homeowner took it upon herself to turn on the indoor and outdoor lights for us, knowing that we were arriving late to the home. Hospitality at its finest! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay in the Big D! ☺️

A wonderful stay for mg family of five! Our three kids loved the proximity to the park and the fun games and LED lights in the room. We added an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. We had a small issue with heat that host handled promptly. Would highly recommend!
