Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for staying at Windward Pointe 605. I’m glad the views, large kitchen, and space for groups worked well for you. I’m sorry about the one parking pass, limited trash bags, and lack of extra linens for the sleeper sofas—I'll share these notes with our operations and housekeeping teams so we can improve. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad the accommodations worked well for your group and that the initial code issue was resolved quickly. We apologize for the communication issues and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you back again!

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious condo, well-equipped kitchen, bar area, beautiful beach, and overall property. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the master bedroom carpet and shower, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can share them with our team. We also appreciate the helpful note regarding the ice maker and charcoal grills. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thank you for staying at Windward Pointe 605. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We are taking these actions immediately: - Clarify and update the listing and arrival instructions about parking pass limits and available alternatives so guests have accurate expectations. - Schedule a professional deep clean and inspect the dishwasher and all kitchenware; remove and replace any items found soiled. - Investigate the door and gate code systems with our vendor, repair or replace faulty keypads, and add fail‑safe procedures and clearer access instructions. - Inspect, deep‑clean, or replace stained/soiled furniture and strengthen our turnover quality checks to prevent this from happening again. - Have maintenance diagnose and repair or replace the drink fridge and verify all appliances are working before the next guest. - Review pricing and the listing description to ensure the value and amenities are represented accurately. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos so we can review your stay in detail and discuss an appropriate resolution. Your feedback helps us improve. Liquid Life

Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the views, outdoor space, and the roomy kitchen/bar area. I’m sorry the property felt in need of updating, the bedroom carpet needs replacement, and the bedrooms were warmer than the main area. I’ve shared your notes with maintenance and housekeeping so they can inspect the carpet, check the bedroom AC balance, and review needed updates. If you’re willing, please message any additional details through Vrbo so we can follow up. We appreciate you staying with Liquid Life and hope to host you again.
