It was plenty of room. It was clean, The pool was clean little cold, but I guess it would be that time of year, even though it was heated. The hot tub was a little chilled, but I guess it’s just that time of year. Other than that. We had a great time. I would recommend any family staying there.

Property felt run down. Opportunity for general maintenance. Cleanliness was good minus a stain on the sheets, air vents needing attention, etc. Hot tub had issues which was fixed but then it was never properly filled. Inside gathering area is small for large group. Dishwasher did not work properly either. The property manager was responsive and allowed for early check-in which was appreciated.

Beautiful house! Amazing back yard for entertainment, fun in the sun and pool days! We had a group of ten people and each had our own bedroom. Our biggest complaint was we only booked it for 3 nights the photos don’t quite show how great the layout of the house was! Would rent this again forsure!!

The house was awesome. Pool and pickleball were used a lot at night after our trips to Zion. The pool was very welcome in the heat of the afternoon. Limited shade in the backyard and it was HOT. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. We cooked in the house most nights. Owner was very attentive to any questions or concerns. Simple things like laundry soap were provided. Wonderful stay.

THE BEST VACATION RENTAL EVER!

I have never been more blown away by a vacation rental. This place is everything and more. Very stocked on essentials they definitely aren't cheap. The host is very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We used the pool heater which was a big hit! We used basically everything this house had to offer and no issues at all. Very close to a supermarket store and gas stations. We plan to return and will book here again! Such a fun house! Thank you and great job!

Fantastic Family Experience

We had a family trip to the Zion area- 6 adults and 7 children between the ages of 3 and 13. The property even outpaces the pictures and description with enough amenities to entertain the full age span. We enjoyed the basketball/pickleball court in the morning, game rooms inside in the early afternoon (it was 100 outside our whole trip) and pool/hot tub in the evening. We had a slight mishap at the beginning of the stay but our host was immediately responsive and more than accommodating to remedy the situation quickly. We were so appreciative! The property is about 25 minutes from the Zion visitor center so was easy to get to the shuttle system into the park and is within a 5 minute drive of grocery stores for last minute items. Our kids had an absolute blast and asked if we could live there forever. Really appreciated that the pool has a shallow foot deep section that was a safe place for our 3 year old to play with supervision without having to fully get in the pool. Would love to go back again and will definitely be seeking out more of the host’s properties for future trips!

Great home for large groups/families!

Host is very attentive, responds to every question/concern. Home is very clean and close to Zion. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay with a large group or family trip. Grocery store within a 3 minute drive, don't pack food, just go make a quick trip if you have a big group and plan to cook or forgot items! All the multi-bed rooms are upstairs along with the queen-sized bedrooms which was allowed all the kiddos stay together and have fun whilst all parents had king sized beds downstairs! What a treat! The pool was our favorite!! This is your sign to book this home!!!

Some things to note…

Nice place but some things that I wish I was aware of:• The pool heating is not included and it is COLD. To heat the pool it is an additional 100 a day with a two day minimum. We didn’t find out about this until the day before. The heated pool was a big reason we went with this property and then to find out right before checking in that it would be 500 extra to use it as we intended was a bummer. • The tv will just stop working and disconnect from the WiFi. The WiFi is working and will connect to phones but because it’s an LG tv (they regularly have issues with WiFi connection) it will stop working every 5 minutes or so which is really annoying. • The grill had super old propane in it so it couldn’t be used• Randomly and without warning one day while we were in the spa and sitting in the pool a guy walked into the yard and said he “has to work on the pool” and we couldn’t use it for a couple hours after he was done. When we asked if he could come back when we checked out he said “this is always booked so I will always have to do it when someone is here”. Apparently it’s scheduled for every Wednesday so just a heads up there. • The host is somewhat responsive like he responded to questions about pool heating cost and asked us to take garbage cans to the curb but didn’t seem to care as much about the tv situationAll this to stay it’s nice but if I had known about the pool heating upcharge we may have gone somewhere else.

I’d like to offer a few clarifications for future guests: Pool Heating: The optional heating fee is outlined in the listing and shared again in the pre-arrival information. I understand you may have overlooked this information so we give reminders in advance to avoid surprises. TV/WiFi: I appreciate you reaching out during your stay. Streaming apps are accessible using the correct remote, the TV’s are functioning properly. Grill: Propane does not expire, but tanks can occasionally run low or connections may need adjustment. The grill has been inspected and is working as expected. Pool Service: Weekly maintenance is essential to keeping the pool clean and safe. Service is scheduled for Wednesdays and typically completed quickly with minimal disruption. Thanks again for staying with us.
