Your family and friends will love spending time in this luxury custom home equipped with stylish and comfortable furnishings and plenty of open space to relax. Fully assembled kitchen has the comforts of home; convection microwave, gas range and crushed ice-maker. Smart TV and high-speed WiFi. All rooms have ceiling fans so you can control your comfort level. Home features a fully fenced private back yard, covered patio, BBQ and natural gas fire pit. Large backyard is perfect for lawn games and enjoying the night stars after your day of adventures. Oversized garage has been converted to a Game Room with Air Hockey & a Ping Pong Table. Enclosed side yard has plenty of room to accommodate boats, trailers and RVs. Bring your toys and have fun in the sun!

Great place, great location

We had a family trip to southern Utah and this place was a perfect base-camp for all of our activities. After days of hiking it was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Our two boys were entertained with the indoor games in the garage and we had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home

Amazing Zion Trip!

The hosts were so quick to respond and handled our stay very well. The house was beautiful and so clean. It had everything we could have needed and more! Our kids loved the horse neighbor in the backyard too! It’s about a 30 minute drive to Zion but it’s a beautiful drive!

La Verkin stay as home base for Zion Canyon

The house was spacious, kitchen well supplied, outdoor spaces perfect, fun games in garage. Plenty of room for 7 adults and gear we brought to hike and rappelling in Zion slot canyons. Communication with host was satisfactory!

Perfect!

We needed a 3 BR for our visit to Zion and Bryce National Park. This place was perfect! 30 minutes from Zion and about 2 hours to Bryce. This home was so nice to come back to after a day of hiking in the parks. Very clean, comfortable, nice beds, well appointed kitchen, great layout for our family to be together. If you’re visiting Zion, I would definitely recommend this place.

Final Destination for our 8 National Park Spring Break

My kids (18 and 10) and I took on a mission to visit 8 National Parks in 7 days over Spring Break. My husband flew in to join us for our final park- Zion! We chose the house in La Verkin and could not have been more impressed! It was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed! The owners are so personable! We ended our dream vacation in a fabulous house! We loved our stay!

Fantastic stay & great location to Zion

One of the many things we enjoyed about this property was the large kitchen, dining room & living room for all to enjoy. Pleasant views of the horses and animals in the backyard! The owners were great at communicating. We actually enjoyed this location better than being closer to Zion as we have in times past because here we have easy access to stores, coffee shops and restaurants which was very convenient. We would not hesitate to stay again. The group had a wonderful time!

College Graduation Trip

Our trip was fantastic! The house was absolutely perfect in every way. The most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. It made me want to cook. Beds were all comfortable and we had lots of fun in the game room. I would recommend this lovely house to anyone traveling through the area. Communication with owners very easy and prompt. Thank you for this wonderful house and allowing us to stay here and make wonderful memories.

The property was super clean and new. The parking was important for us since we had three vehicles with trailers. All three fit in the front drive. The common area was really comfortable, as we tend to play card games at night. We made a change to our reservation and the property owner was super helpful in making that change. I would recommend this property.

Great place and Diane is very quick to communicate with you. The pictures do not do this house justice. Plenty of room with a great set up. It was obvious that the owners take great pride in cleanliness of the property. The neighborhood is peaceful and charming. Around the corner from the house is a cute little farm to table store for veggies, honey and goats milk.

Utah Rocks and So Does This Property!!

We came to Utah to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks but honestly at times it was hard to break away from all the comforts this home offered! Tucked away in a cute and quiet neighborhood, it is so beautiful and bright, roomy, and has everything you need for a relaxing and fun visit! The master gave us plenty of privacy with so much room. Big games in the garage for all, a beautiful and relaxing patio with lounge chairs, fire pit, and gas grill, a nice big kitchen overlooking the main room with plenty of seating and a nice big TV! Just a beautiful, 20-25 minute drive to Zion and around the corner from Hurricane, which offers lots of dining and shopping. We would certainly choose this property again!

The PERFECT property for visiting Zion and the surrounding area!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors most if not all of whom live there full time. La Verkins is a perfect location, close to restaurants and grocery stores but away from the crowds. The beds were comfy and plenty of room. Big table for family dinners. The game room was great to have for evenings. Loved watching the horses and roosters in the back yard. Nice set up in the backyard as well for sitting, fire pit , lounges. We will definitely stay here again when we come back this way! Our favorite eatery was the River Rock Roasting Company- fantastic pizza- coffee and bakery goods- and sandwiches- right in La Verkins. Zion was of course spectacular ! We were early season and I’ll be honest it was so free of crowds but everything was accessible- I’d likely come this time of year again. We did rock climbing and canyoning with Zion Outfitters- Cody and Tyler were awesome guides and kept everything fun! This was a highlight of our trip. In addition to Zion the trail to dinosaur print in the River bed near St George and the lava trail and petrified dunes at snow canyon were also fantastic and worth adding to the list. Fantastic vacation and perfect home base for all the adventures we had near Zion!

Zion & Bryce: Perfect “Base Camp”

Our family of 6 stayed in this beautiful home for the July 4th week in ‘22. Happy 246th birthday, America! This home was just perfect for our family. The master bedroom with the king bed was huge with a huge master bathroom/closet attached. Then there were 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. All had huge closets. Super comfy beds. The main bath was also large. The kitchen was well-equipped and the dining room table seats 8 with room to spare. There is a separate walk-in pantry. The family room has comfortable seating for everyone. In the backyard, the fire pit was sweet! And we enjoyed watching the animals that the backyard neighbors have! Our boys had fun chasing the chickens back to their pen and we saw prairie dogs as well. From this home, we hiked Zion and Bryce. (Early in the day tho before the heat & crowds set in!) River Rock Roasting Co in town has really yummy food and there are 3 grocery stores within 10 mins, including a Walmart Supercenter. The runners in our fam found good spots to run from the home, too. And Melissa/Wade were very easy/responsive to work with…if we could give this home more than 5 stars, we would!!

Awesome family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. We loved the cornhole game in the backyard in the evening. This home is very family friendly. We appreciated the extras that the host provided like a thermal bag to keep lunches cool. The distance to Zion, about 20-25 minutes, is worth it to escape the more crowded areas nearer to the park. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect location
