Enjoy a luxurious stay at this brand new 5-bedroom townhome in Washington overlooking the Coral Canyon Golf Course at holes 5 and 6. There are 18 total beds! 3 bedrooms have King beds, and 2 bunk rooms have five Twin beds, five Double beds, and five hideaway Twin beds. En-suite bathrooms with each bedroom. The backyard patio features outdoor/indoor dining and a gas fireplace with amazing views over the golf course and western sky. On the upper balcony, there’s a private hot tub and outdoor furniture. Enjoy it all with no backyard neighbors!

The community amenities will be completed around May, including sand volleyball, gym clubhouse, pool, slide, and lazy river. The pickleball courts are ready now!

To keep the hot tub in pristine condition, we hire professional service to be done twice per week. If the maintenance day falls during your stay, please be accommodating to the servicer so the work can be done properly to keep the hot tub ready for you and other guests to follow.
