Beautiful place. It was perfect for me and my colleagues to stay. Not too far from the convention center. Very spacious for all of us. Nice big bathrooms and comfortable beds. Definitely would stay again.

The house was not ready at 3:00 as it said it would be in the contract. The cleaner was still there at 3:30. We left and came back. The towels were still in the dryer. The dishwasher was still running. I told her to leave and I took care of the towels - taking them out of the dryer. The towels were covered in long dark hairs. I checked the dryer vent and it had a 1.5 inches of thick lint totally covering the screen (so dangerous; could start a fire). Also, the dishwasher completed the cycle about an hour later. I emptied it.The couch and white chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable. The white chairs are especially bad. The kitchen bar stools are not good, the frames are broken or loose on at least two of them.We had ants in the kitchen around the sink and counter top under the window each day we were there. More water glasses are needed in the kitchen.The blinds in the back bedroom are bad. They don’t close all the way. They are bent and let in light.The front door was small/short. Challenging for tall people.All of above was privately shared with VRBO. They apologized and said they would look into it. I requested small refund and they said they would need photos of my complaints.Location of the house is good. Recommendations for restaurants were good. Grato was excellent! We had wonderful meals there!

Beautiful, relaxing home in a safe, historic district

We would absolutely 100% recommend this rental. The house is so beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to make our stay so relaxing. We appreciated all the extras - shampoo, body wash, detergent, etc. I was apprehensive not knowing the area, but we felt extremely safe and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. This was a fantastic experience, and we can’t thank Jonathan and his staff enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was fantastic and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive. Overall it was a relaxing and easy stay, and we would definitely consider returning in the future!

The host was very responsive and the location is fantastic. That said, the interior doesn’t match the setting. The rugs and furnishings are low quality and stained, which impacts the overall comfort. If being inside the home matters to you, I’d look for a place that invests more in upkeep and presentation.
