⭑Bedrooms⭑

This gorgeous home accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, plus a bunk room/playroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-sized beds.
The bunk room/playroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, toys & books.

There are two full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The bathroom on the main/upper bathroom has a stand-up tile shower and the second bathroom is located just downstairs. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining room table seats 8, with two additional seats at the bar of the kitchen.

The main living area has a modern, yet rustic design that lets your stress melt away. The living room has hardwood floors, beautiful cathedral ceilings, and knotty pine walls for the coziest evenings sharing a bottle of wine with loved ones. It also has a Smart TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows.

Walk through the sliding doors in the dining room to the huge, covered deck, complete with a dining table, gas grill, gas fire pit, and string lights.

The backyard is designed for relaxation and play, featuring a 6-person hot tub under a pergola, a wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and glowing string lights that set the mood. Guests can also enjoy friendly competition with yard games like cornhole, giant Jenga, and Connect Four.

The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.

Check-out is at 10 am

We welcome up to two dogs for $200 per stay for one pet, and an additional $50 for the second pet. We do not allow cats or any other non-dog pets. Please message us with your dog's breed, age, and name prior to check-in.

Per Locust Lake Community rules, all guests need to complete Pre-registration online no later than 48 hours prior to the check-in date in order to access the neighborhood and the home. The $35 registration fee is included in the cost of your stay, so you will not need to pay that separately. However, failure to register or registering in person at the office will result in a $250 fee that will be the responsibility of the renter.

Registration includes the guest parking passes. Security will have a list of the cars that are registered at each address.

We provide 8 green guest wristbands at the house, which grant access to the beaches, trash removal, clubhouse activities, and parking. All guests aged 12 and older are required to wear wristbands to use community amenities. Additional wristbands are not permitted or available for purchase.

Quiet hours in the village are from 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced by 24-hour security. We have also installed a noise and cigarette smoke detector for additional coverage.

PA state law requires fishing licenses to fish (guests can purchase temporary fish licenses at Pocono boat house, a store nearby).
