Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
“Superior + Lake” has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
HOW IS THE WIFI?

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?
No, but you don't need one! When entering through the alley garage space there is only one small step into the building, then its single level living! When entering or exiting through the street level door there is a half flight of stairs.
YOU HAVE CABLE OR STREAMING CHANNELS AVAILABLE?
Each TV is a Smart TV and each guest can log into their own streaming channel. Cable or local TV not provided, only available by logging into your personal streaming account.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc. so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the lack of outdoor green space nearby.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
“Superior + Lake” has a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and blender. Home is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. Both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as a spices, salt, and pepper.
There are bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GUEST NUMBERS ALLOWED?
You can bring in 8 overnight guests total.
WHAT IF WE HAVE MORE THAN 1 VEHICLE?
We have an attached private garage for one car. Additional vehicles can find street parking (meter during weekday business hours, free on the weekends), or use the parking garage (Tech Village Ramp) across the street for $12/day.
