The open-concept kitchen showcases a striking geometric chandelier that steals the show above the dining table, offering an unforgettable setting for meals with friends and family. With seating for four and a fully stocked kitchen, this area has everything you need to cook and dine in style.

When it's time to rest, the cozy queen beds offer the perfect retreat, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep with all the comforts of home. Wake up to the breathtaking sunrise over the lake as you sip your morning coffee on the inviting front porch.

Located just moments from Canal Park and downtown Duluth, you'll be in the midst of the city's most exciting restaurants, shops, and bars. Please note that as this condo is situated in a historic building in the heart of the city, you may hear some foot and car traffic during your stay.

Zenith City Condo offers an array of modern amenities, including bed and bath linens, central heating, a dishwasher, WiFi, Netflix, seasonal air conditioning (mid-May to mid-October), off-street parking, and onsite laundry facilities.

Access - This property utilize a keypad on the front door. Instructions and code will be sent at the time of check in.

Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

Pets - To protect the beauty of this home we have a strict no pets allowed policy.

Parking:
There are multiple options for you to park during your stay. The primary parking space is located in the back alley labeled 9A. You will need to go through the black gate to the left of the parking space and follow the sidewalk around the front of the building. If you choose you can utilize the underground parking in the white condo's next door, the garage door is located on the right side of Lake Avenue. A garage door opener is provided in the rental, again the spot is labeled for 9A and it located on the right side of the garage. Street parking outside the front of the building on 4th street can be utilized for any overflow parking or your convenience.

Our guest service team is available by phone from 8am to 9pm if you have any questions or need anything. Our direct contact information will be provided with your booking confirmation. The primary form of communication, including check in information, will be through the booking platform and/or email. You will receive your check in information at 3pm on your arrival date. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is 10am.

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.

6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

8. PETS a) No pets are permitted at this property.

9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.

12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

Great spot!
This was a wonderful spot for our long weekend in Duluth — very convenient location (we appreciated the off-street parking), great space, well-appointed, and very comfy beds. We had an issue with the heat not keeping up properly when we first arrived, and within half an hour of us calling they had someone there to check it out and get it fixed. We were very pleased with the responsiveness. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun property close to down town
This place is PERFECT for a couple or a small family that wants a place close to down town bit wirhout the tourist congestion of Canal Park. The condo comes WELL equipped with everything you will need for a long weekend or a few day stay. If you need extra consumables (coffee, TP, laundry detergent, etc...) there are places close by. The option to park in the underground garage next door is great - just remember to take the door remote with you (oops). We would GLADLY stay here again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family looking to stay in Duluth. We had an EXCELLENT week here!!
