Ideally located a stone's throw away from Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge, you're right in the center of Duluth's vibrant dining and entertainment scene, with an abundance of local shops to explore"

Enjoy your vacation with your our own patio and private gateway to Park Point Beach! Park Point Beach is a hidden gem, a tranquil oasis where the world seems to slow down. Nestled on the world's largest freshwater sandbar, it stretches for miles, offering an expansive shoreline that's perfect for long, serene walks.

The entire lower apartment and patio is all yours to relish. Just keep in mind, there's a tenant upstairs, so you might hear a footsteps now and then.

The apartment's open layout invites you to make memories with your loved ones in the spacious living room and kitchen. Or retreat to the comfort of the two bedrooms and bathroom to recharge after a busy day. (Two king beds and 2 twin sofa beds.) Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'll need.

Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI or indulge in some screen time with our HD LED smart TV, complete with Netflix. You can also log into your other favorite apps for more entertainment! Fancy a digital detox? Our board games have got you covered.

During the bustling summer months, you might experience what locals call "Bridged", which can take anywhere from 5-25 mins. But hey, it's a great excuse to kick back and watch the majestic boats glide by!

- Historic Canal Park: This beautiful home is also just a couple miles away from Historic Canal Park and Duluth's one of a kind Aerial Lift Bridge, making it just a quick drive to many fantastic restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries & more.
- Lake Superior Zoo: Check out the Lake Superior Zoo only a short 13 minute drive away. Lake Superior Zoo is an indoor/outdoor zoo with big cats, primates & a barnyard, plus tours on a mini train & a cafe.
- Spirit Mountain: Adventurers and Outdoors lovers check out Spirit Mountain a recreational mountain featuring wintertime downhill skiing & a summertime adventure park. Spirt Mountain is only a 15 minute drive from this beautiful home.
- Enger Golf Course: Only 10 minutes away scenic and well-maintained golf course located at 1801 W Skyline Pkwy. It offers a challenging yet enjoyable golfing experience with beautiful views of the city and Lake Superior.

- Uncle Loui's Cafe: A cozy spot known for its delicious breakfast and brunch options.
- Va Bene Caffe: An Italian restaurant with a beautiful view of Lake Superior. They serve tasty pasta dishes and wood-fired pizzas.
- The Boat Club: Located in the Fitger's complex, this restaurant offers a fine dining experience with a menu featuring fresh seafood and steak options.
- Duluth Grill: A local favorite, this restaurant serves up comfort food with a twist, using locally sourced ingredients. Don't miss their famous homemade pies!
- OMC Smokehouse: OMC Smokehouse is just 8 minutes away. They specialize in mouthwatering BBQ and smoked meats.

Pets - Don't worry about leaving Fido home alone! We're more than happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs at our place. There's just a small fee of $75 per dog. If you want to know more about our rules and regulations for bringing your furry friend, we've got all the details for you in our house rules and regulations.

Access - When you arrive, park in the designated spaces and walk to the right side of the home.
Use the lockbox located on the deck post to the left of the door.

Parking - When you arrive, park in the designated spaces under the basketball hoop.

Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

Our awesome guest service team is here to assist you from 8am to 9pm. If you have any questions or need anything, just give us a ring. You'll find our contact information in your booking confirmation. We'll primarily communicate through the booking platform and/or email, so keep an eye out for important check-in info. You'll receive all the details at 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else. We're here to make your stay amazing!

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.

6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

8. PETS a) IF dogs are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; c) A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; for short term reservations the pet fee is $75/dog, for extended stays the fee is $150/pet. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted.

9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.

12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
