Escape to your private sanctuary in the heart of Northern Michigan. Nestled on a quiet, double lot just 15 miles west of Gaylord, this secluded family cabin offers the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and effortless access to Michigan’s best year-round adventures.

For 20 years, our family has cherished this home and created unforgettable memories here. Whether you’re unwinding after a day on the trails, soaking in the indoor hot tub, or sharing s’mores around the campfire, we’re thrilled to invite your family to do the same!

THE SPACE AND ACCOMODATIONS:
With plenty of room for everyone to spread out, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests (with a maximum capacity of 12). It includes 4 private bedrooms and an overflow loft ideal for kids or additional guests. There are also two full bathrooms conveniently located to easily accommodate larger groups.

After an active day outdoors, step inside your personal wellness haven:

INDOOR HOT TUB AND SAUNA: Melt away the chill or soothe muscles after a long day of riding, skiing, or hiking.
COZY FIREPLACE: Gather in the living room for warm, cozy evenings with board games or a favorite movie.
FULLY-STOCKED KITCHEN: Equipped to cook for an army! Features a dishwasher, microwave, blender, griddle, toaster, and coffee maker—plus standard cookware.
LAUNDRY AND EXTRAS: Includes a full-size washer and dryer, alongside a secondary refrigerator to keep extra drinks perfectly chilled.

OUTDOOR LIVING AND TRAILHEAD BASECAMP
Set on a double lot, the property offers complete seclusion and plenty of space for outdoor activity. Drive your snowmobiles or ATVs right from the property onto some of Northern Michigan’s premier trail systems. with generous space to park multiple trucks and trailers with ease. Located right in the "buckle" of the Northern Michigan snowbelt (averaging over 150 inches of snowfall annually!), this home is an ideal basecamp for every season:

FIRE PIT & WOOD Firewood and cooking sticks are provided! Spend your evenings under the stars roasting s’mores.
OUTDOOR DINING: Enjoy cookouts with the propane gas grill, picnic setup, and plenty of yard space.

MACKINAC ISLAND FERRY: 70 miles

THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal Climate & Comfort: The home does not feature central air conditioning, but is kept cool and comfortable with a powerful mini-split heat pump that cools the main living spaces. Ceiling fans in key areas, closet fans, and cool Northern Michigan morning breezes keep the house fresh all summer long.

Snow access: While the snow is plowed whenever 4” or more falls, it can come quick. Our road is paved and maintained, but please check weather and be aware that some roads in the area are seasonal/unplowed if you are using GPS.
