Nord-MI Blockhütte – Whirlpool, Wanderwege, Golf, Natur, Schneemobil, Ski

We were disappointed to see the 4-star review after what appeared to be an enjoyable five-night stay, particularly since the guests had asked about extending their stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate the extension because the property was already reserved for incoming guests. The hot tub concern was brought to our attention very late on the final evening of their stay. We promptly worked with the guest through the VRBO messaging platform to troubleshoot the issue and determined that the hot tub had inadvertently been placed into sleep mode while a member of the group was adjusting the controls. Once the setting was identified, it was confirmed that there was no mechanical issue with the hot tub. We take great pride in maintaining our property and its amenities and always do our best to respond promptly when a guest brings a concern to our attention. Our goal is for every guest to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Gaylord is less than 20 min from cabin if you take Springay to Hayes Tower and not Pencil Lake to Alba, you are going out of your way which is what I believe these guests were doing as they were doing day trips in that direction (Torch Lake, Traverse Cityk Boyne) but if you go the other direction, you'll hit Gaylord QUICK!

It was a pleasure hosting Denise and her family/friends and was awesome to meet such nice people. We hope to host them again!
