BRAND NEW Gulf & Direct Ole River with Beach, Boat Dock, Infinity Pool!
This BRAND NEW construction Unicorn property with 6 bedrooms, 5 bath and 360 degree unobstructed views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Ole River from every room is unmatched by any home. If you donât like the platform fees I have no control over, reach out to me and Iâll help you out! The property itself simply doesnât exist other than right here! You can not and will not get a brand new house with direct access and views of both the Gulf and Ole River, plus an infinity pool and boat dock for your boat or one delivered directly to you! You have deeded access in 2 places on the Gulf of Mexico (south) side and on the north side of the house next to the Infinity Pool, we have a dock in the back yard that can accommodate boats up to 30 feet, so you can bring your own boat or rent one for easy access to everything! The house has an interior elevator, infinity pool, boat slip with dock & whole home generator, 2 instant hot water water heaters, 2 dish washers, 2 sets of washers and dryers, a chefs kitchen and more - itâs is the place to be! You will not find a home that sleeps over 18 people with at least 180 degree views from every room and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and Ole River anywhere else. Bring your boat to park in the private slip, drink cocktails in the infinity pool or sit on the more than 2,600 square feet of porches and enjoy unobstructed views and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and Ole River. We have a Keurig coffee maker that uses KCups and a regular coffee pot in one. We also have multiple wine fridges, multiple ice machines and we even have a Jimmy Buffett cocktail mixer and lots more. Weâve got it all and itâs all Brand New!
The house has a whole home generator in case the island loses power, an elevator for you to use, a chefs kitchen with 1 extremely large dining room table, 2 very large living rooms, multiple ice makers and bars, 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 bunk rooms for the kids or adults (queen beds with singles up top), 2,600 square feet of decks on each floor facing north and south. The house has 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot sliding doors across the entire south side facing the Gulf on both floors and the north side has the same, giving every room incredible views and direct access to the very large covered decks. The infinity pool is amazing, overlooking the dock and Ole River access. Truly a one of a kind property - there isnât anything else like it along the entire gulf coast! Please note the elevator is all digital, meaning when you press the button, the elevator will come down and when itâs there, the button will light up - you have to press it again and open the door yourself. Once in, close the door, then close the cage, then select the floor youâre going to. If you attempt to open the gate or the door before the elevator has stopped, the elevator will not work without resetting it. This sometimes takes a technician to come out, which I canât control timing of. As long as you follow these directions, you shouldnât have any issues at all. Although itâs brand new, there unfortunately is nothing fast about elevator repair companies.

We have 3 kids and are not absent owners. We build these properties with our family and yours in mind. We wouldnât offer a property to anyone that we wouldnât stay in ourselves. Please look at our other properties and the reviews we get - we take your comfort seriously and our service is second to no one. We have the nicest amenities, including 1k+ thread count sheets and equally if not more important, our properties are very clean!

This is a Unicorn property. Iâve looked for 15 years for a property like this and finally found it and finished construction in June 2025. It has direct waterfront views on the front (gulf) and back direct water access with dock and slip (ole river).
On the south side, direct and unobstructed 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and on the north side, an infinity pool with dock and direct access and views to Ole River where you can park your boat or you can rent one and have it delivered. If you want a private chef, Iâll get you one - you would work directly with him and it will be the best food youâve had! Nothing has as many bedrooms and amenities, along with water on both sides - it simply doesnât exist other than here!

Same as above. No other neighborhood has property with the gulf on one side and ole river on the back. Nothing will ever be built on the south/Gulf side because its state park and we have deeded access to the beach, which makes it private.
