~Guests have access to the entire property, except the barn behind the house, which is locked and for the owner`s use.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety and the security of the property, exterior surveillance cameras are in place. Cameras are located:
1. Doorbell camera on main door
2. Front of home overlooking front yard and driveway
3. Barn behind home overlooking driveway
These devices monitor only outdoor areas and do not infringe on guest privacy. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest spaces.

PARKING & TRAILERS:
~Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles comfortably. Additional parking available upon request.

🐕‍🦺PET POLICY🐕‍🦺
We are pleased to offer dog-friendly accommodations under specific conditions. A $150 per stay pet fee applies and must be collected in advance of your stay. This fee allows for up to 2 dogs, less than 60 lbs.. As a guest of a Lakeside Oasis you agree to adhere to the following policies.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Therefore, all pets must be crated overnight and crated when left unattended for any amount of time. Please contact Host to arrange pet crate rental if needed.

• Your pet(s) must be leashed at all times when outside on the property. All waste must be picked up and disposed of. No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property.
o Guests will use either the rental yard or the road outside to walk the dog to urinate and defecate. Guests will not let their dog relieve itself in the neighbors’ yards.

• The dog(s) must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment.

• As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog(s) or suffered by any person during
Guests’ stay at Lakeside Oasis.

• Guests understand that they will be charged accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by dog’s presence or behavior. If there is evidence of non-compliance with the policies stated above, penalty fees will apply. Common examples of non-compliance and corresponding penalty fees are listed below.
o $70 Evidence of pet on bedding or furniture (excessive pet hair)
o $200 Evidence of pet within a lodging that is not pet friendly or failure to add your pet to your reservation
o $70-$500+ Damages to lodging, furnishings, equipment, etc. that must undergo cleaning or replacement. (ex. chewed door frames, soiled bed sheets, excessive pet hair on bedding or furnishings). We realize that accidents happen so please contact the Host immediately if a situation arises and damages occur.

We have taken precautions to limit your exposure to risk but you are ultimately responsible for the personal safety of you and your party. (Guests use the outdoor/indoor areas, including but not limited to; dock, hot tub, sauna, and bunk beds at their own risk)
