• A large private back patio with a BIG hot tub
• Gas Grill and gas fire pit – ideal for romantic nights and fireside chats
• The fire pit is perfect for making s’mores! Just bring your marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate! We have s’mores roasting sticks!
• Outdoor dining area with table and seating for two
• Beautiful meadow views – watch the deer wander by, and keep your eyes open… you never know what you might see
• Front patio with cozy seating and a view of a peaceful ½-acre pond (currently filling naturally) do not wander into the pond, it is not ready.

Inside, the master suite is intentionally indulgent—pretty much ALL BED. The oversized KING bed takes center stage, perfect for late mornings, lazy afternoons, and cozy nights wrapped in soft linens. The layout is designed for comfort and closeness, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere you won’t want to leave.
