The bunk room adds versatility and extra sleeping space for guests or younger family members, while the storage rooms are perfect for keeping all your beach gear, water toys, and luggage.

Guests have access to the kayaks, grill, beach chairs, and beach.

- There is a lift elevator but it is NOT functioning for guest use. If you or someone in your group has limited mobility please contact us and we can discuss options.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

-This property is dog-friendly, with prior approval required from our Reservations team before booking. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies for one dog weighing 50 lbs or less. If you wish to bring a second pet, an additional $75 fee will apply, subject to approval.

- Our property maintains a strict no smoking or vaping policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

- Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping you will be charged $500.

- This property is dog friendly; this must be approved with our Reservations staff prior to booking. A nonrefundable pet fee of $175 will be charged for one dog.

- There is a lift elevator but it is locked and not available for use. If we find evidence of tampering or damage you will be charged.
