The space
Welcome to Casa Palma, our modern boho oasis, where you can relax, play, and create unforgettable memories. We're thrilled to have you as our guest and can't wait to ensure your stay is nothing short of wonderful. Casa Palma is just 4.5 miles from the airport and a mere 14 mins. from the sun-kissed beaches of Las Olas.

We want our guests to feel that they are entering a place they know they will love and perhaps call it home away from home. Our home design was inspired by our travel to Mexico and Turkey which we've incorporated with accents of stylish furniture to reinforce the luxurious style you'll get to enjoy with you family and friends.



Living Room -

Casa Palma's heart lies in its spacious living room, adorned with earthy tones, plush textiles, and natural materials. The living room area is an open-concept design with large windows that invites natural light all throughout the day. The living room is equipped with a 70” TV equipped with a Roku streaming device, a large comfortable sectional, window side seating with a view of the pool, and even an air hockey table.


Kitchen and Dining Area –

Guests can feel at peace knowing the home has a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living area if cooking at home is something you love. The kitchen is comprised of ample cabinetry, spacious countertops with a large kitchen island, fully stocked with dishware and glassware, and state-of-the-art appliances that allow for the effortless and fun preparation of your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which includes an expansive 8 person dining table, perfect for hosting large dinners and gatherings.


Primary Bedroom -

Sink into the luxurious king-size bed, adorned with soft linens, inviting you to unwind after a day of adventure. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a serene atmosphere that beckons you to relax and rejuvenate. There is also a TV to binge watch all your favorite shows from bed. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is complete with beautiful rainfall shower.


Second Bedroom –

Adjacent to the primary room, you'll find the second bedroom, perfect for the little ones or the young at heart. Here, a charming full-size bed topped with a twin bunk creates a cozy and playful retreat.


Third Bedroom –

The third bedroom offers a tranquil escape with a comfortable queen-size bed, adorned with ethereal linens and dreamy textiles. Natural light dances through the windows, creating a serene space for relaxation and reflection.


Fourth Bedroom -

In the fourth bedroom, there are two full-size beds with a work station for those who need to work remotely. Soft lighting and neutral hues create a peaceful ambiance, inviting you to unwind and recharge after a day of excitement.


Bathrooms –

Our two bathrooms are modern and elegantly designed, featuring sleek fixtures, rainfall showers, and ample space for pampering. Fresh towels including makeup towels are provided for your convenience, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay.


Backyard –

Step outside to the pool area, where an enclosed patio awaits. A large dining table for six is nestled under the shade, offering the perfect spot for al fresco dining. Surrounding the pool area are various games for families to enjoy together, from Connect Four to outdoor activities like cornhole or our air hockey table back indoors. Don't forget to take a dip in the sparkling pool or fire up the barbecue grill for a delightful cookout under the Florida sky.

Please not this is located in a residential area and not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants.

Other things to note
❂ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ❂
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.


❂ NO SMOKING INSIDE ❂
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

❂ NO PETS ALLOWED ❂
Please note that there are no pets allowed on the property. Any evidence of pets will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.

❂ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ❂
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No parties are allowed on the property.

❂ QUIET HOURS ❂
No loud noises or music between 10PM and 7AM.

❂ POOL❂
-Pool cleaner is there every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool 11am - 4pm. Cleaning fee of $100 for any unauthorized items found in the pool.

Pool heater is off between Apr - Oct
Heated Pool available upon request for an additional charge* Please request 48 hours before arrival so we can pre-heat. Actual Pool temp may vary based on weather and overnight heat loss.

Any tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 dollar fine, associated utility charges, and damage to the pool system.

Damage to the Pool Alarm Unit incurs a $500 dollar fine.

Ensure Patio umbrella is closed when not in use to prevent damage from unexpected wind gusts. Leaving it open could result in unnecessary wear and tear, permanent damage, or cause the umbrella to fall over.

❂ TRASH❂
The Guest is responsible to dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in the designated garbage and recycling cans during and/before checking out.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE GREEN CAN AS THAT IS ONLY FOR THE GARDNER.

Please set the 2 black and 1 green cans outside on the curb on Friday night.

Black and blue cans go out on Tuesday night.

And bring in the cans the next day.

❂ DISPOSABLE ITEMS
While we typically provide an initial supply of essential disposable items like toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher/ laundry pods for our guests, it's often expected that for longer stays or heavier usage, guests will need to replenish these items at their own expense to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay beyond the host's initial provision. We do not provide sandwich bags, saran wrap, foil, etc. But there is Tupperware available and also acrylic glasses for you to use in the backyard.

❂ DAMAGES❂
Please keep in mind that there will be a replacement fee charged for anything damaged or missing in the house and on the property. This includes items such as unremovable stains on towels, unremovable stains on sheets, broken dishware, broken glassware, stained or damaged furniture items, etc.

Stains which are unable to be removed (makeup, body oils, self tanners, food, drinks, etc.) from the towels or linens will be charged as follows for replacement:

Large bath towel - $7
Hand towel - $4
Wash cloth - $2
Sheet set - $25
Pillow case set - $13
Blanket or quilt - $40

- PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING ASIDE FROM TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILETS. ESPECIALLY NO FEMALE SANITARY PRODUCTS. IF THERE IS A PLUMBING ISSUE, THIS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GUEST
