Be one of the first to stay at this newly constructed beach house, completed in 2024. "Ocean View" features two large, covered decks for outdoor lounging, with a clear view of the ocean and a side view of the bay from the west end of the house. With the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout, it is perfect for families and sleeps 12 comfortably without anyone sleeping on a couch or rollaway bed.
On the top floor, there is a junior master suite with a king size bed, 65" flatscreen HD TV, and private bathroom. Also on the top floor is a larger master suite with a king size bed, 65" HD flatscreen TV and large, in-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own doors that open out to the upper, covered deck/balcony, which is outfitted with 4 chairs with an end table, as well as a couch and a coffee table.
On the 1st floor, there is one bedroom with built in, full-size bunk beds (2 beds), and a 55" flatscreen HD TV. The second bedroom on the 1st floor has a set of 2 built in, twin bunk beds (4 beds). All of the beds on the 1st floor have a nook for charging and storing phones/tablets built into the headboards. The 1st floor also has an open Living Room / Kitchen / Dining Room setup with oversized windows looking out toward the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has plenty of seating in front of the 75" flatscreen HD TV and the dining room has a large dining table inside, as well as another that seats 6 just outside on the covered deck.
On the ground floor of the house is a large concrete driveway that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles, as well as an EV charging receptacle, private shower with hot and cold water, and an enclosed storage area that contains beach chairs, a charcoal grill, a propane grill, as well as a few other things for guest usage.
Located in the Terramar Beach subdivision, on the narrow west end of the island, the beach and the bay are both short walks and drives from the house. Terramar Beach guest will have access to the boat launch and lighted fishing pier, a private pool, and 2 hot tubs on site! Another fishing area located just down the street from the house. Terramar Beach also has drive on beach access which allows you to park on the beach and find your perfect sport for the day!

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The only fault I found was there are no pot holders/oven mitts in the kitchen. We cooked a lot while there, so oven mitts are pretty essential. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we were rich we’d come once a month.

Well-stocked beach house with beautiful beach views!

We loved staying at this tastefully decorated and well stocked beach house! We stayed here very comfortably with our five kiddos, ages 5-12yo, and our pocket Pyr. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise over the ocean while eating breakfast on the front balconies.

This property was as described. New, very clean and comfortable. Views from the balconies are nice, especially the top balcony. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We had difficulty getting in the door at check in.Code didn’t work Neither did back up code.Had to call mgr to get a 3rd code which worked. Just 2 hand towels for 3 bathrooms. Called for extras 2nd king bedroom sink loudly gurgles constantly & didn’t stop for 7 days. Mattress in master has a topper that was sliding 6” off one side when we arrived. We took sheets off to try to get it back onto the mattress & there was a big pee stain under our sheet. No mattress pad. Ew. Dishwasher had a horrible smell from standing water in the drain. Picked up filter & washed it out before I ran a load. Lots of standing water. Didn’t want that circulating on our dishes.Several items in drawers were dirty. Ex Measuring cup had lettuce stuck to inside of it)Filter on fridge is red when pressing water button & needs to be replaced. Hair dryer upstairs on last leg. Most of these due to poor maid attn. Pros: plenty of tp, paper towels, dish & laundry pods. Pantry has a nice iron/steamer which we needed as we were there for workBunk rooms fantastic (upper matttess same height as railing so watch young kids)Patio furniture is very nice. Had electric car charger which we needed.AC works great up & down Close enough to walk to the beach & was a nice area that wasn’t crowded like down on the seawall.We enjoyed being on this end of the island & trying the restaurants here. Waterman’s, Basin Bistro, Palmetto, Coopers, Venados.Cute house.
The topper was over this far on one side. And it was zipped inside a cover that had a huge stain on it.
How did the maids make a bed with the topper this far over?
