In the summertime, this area becomes a beautiful outdoor haven with abundant hiking and mountain biking trails to explore and pristine beaches to relax on. Golf enthusiasts have the immaculate course at Incline Village Champion Golf Course 2 miles from the home!



When you are in the mood for more city exploring Incline Village offers a range of dining options, boutique shops, luxury spas, and well-maintained parks to enjoy. The home has a public transportation TART stop a two miles away. This stop is called HWY 28 at Countryclub by Fairway which runs every hour and connects you to stops such as Kings Beach. For those arriving into the Reno-Tahoe International airport there are shuttle options that will take you to Incline Village. For those with a vehicle take advantage of HWY 28 just minutes away and enjoy day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Lake Tahoe.
