This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom haven boasts box beam ceilings, walnut floors, and impeccable decor. Step through French doors to discover enchanting outdoor retreats, from a screened-in back porch to a front porch adorned with a swing, ideal for leisurely mornings.Shower/Tub Combo

Outside offers two parking spaces and one parking spot for our 6 seater golf cart and 6 bikes.

Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! It takes about 3 minutes to get there from the house - the ultra desirable and stunning Lake District location of this home is amazing! The entire Camp WaterColor establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
Homes with owner provided golf carts are not permitted to rent an additional golf cart.

WaterColor Amenity Wristbands-
The WaterColor HOA currently requires all guests 5 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as the community pools and the WaterColor beach area.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. Also, if the guest is 5 years of age or older, they need to be listed as an adult.

Please bare in mind that the WaterColor HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Also, please note that they are CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any wristbands that are lost. Golf cart is not guaranteed. If golf cart is not available due to maintenance, guests can use free Watercolor Trolly. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE ONE PARKING PASS PER HOME.
