The space:
Newly renovated two bedrooom condo with all new HVAC, cleaned/sanitized duct work, new hot water tank, new patio doors, new paint and flooring, all new appliances, all new furnishings and decor, updated bathrooms, etc. Master bedroom with private balcony entrance and king bed (JW Marriott mattress) and private updated bath with shower. Secondary bedroom with queen over queen bunks rated for 800 lbs each. Jack and jill updated main bathroom with direct access to bedroom or main living space and full tub. Utility closet with new washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with all new whirlpool appliances. Indoor dining space for 7 (4 at table and 3 at bar). Brand new living room furniture, flat screen smart TVs in each bedroom and living room with cable. Private covered balcony with table and chairs and comfortable teak rockers. Direct oceanfront views and access. Shower and hose for cleaning off sand and oceanside pool. Kid friendly with kid-proof dishes and toys, including basic beach toys. Childproofing available for small children (baby gate, outlet covers, door handle covers, anti-tip furniture straps, cabinet locks) as needed as the owners have small children. High chairs, pack-n-play, and other children's equipment may be rented and available at check-in. This property is also perfect for older families with the heavy duty queen over queen bunks built for adults and teens! All guests will love the tranquility of the sea as this is a quiet beach with only low rise condos and single family homes in this area of the highly desirable Cherry Grove beach. Despite the quiet atmosphere you are less than 10 minutes from everything you could need, from a full hospital, grocery stores, Walmart, numerous restaurants, mini-golf courses, the newly updated Cherry Grove fishing pier and more. So much to do for everyone makes this the best beach in the Carolinas!

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the condo other than locked owners closets and cabinet. Guests also have full use of shared spaces including parking, pool, outdoor shower area, and grill.

Other things to note:
*We provide starter amenities for each stay and do our best to ensure an additional supply of hand soap, dishwasher pacs and laundry detergent are stocked for guests. We also provide basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, coffee, oil spray, garlic powder, foil, plastic wrap, etc.). However, we cannot guarantee these will be available for your stay. We will not replace or replenish these items during your stay, but appreciate you letting us know if they are running low or are not stocked.

*All linens, including sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels, are provided. We do not provide beach towels. All linens including bedspreads, throw blanket, and pillow shams are washed between EACH stay so you can rest easy knowing your bed is clean!

*This unit is on second floor (2 full sets of stairs as the condominium is on pillars) without elevator. Please ensure you are physically able to use stairs and carry your belongings up and down.

*This unit has a strict nonsmoking policy-no smoking or vaping in unit or on balcony. If you smoke or vape this is not the rental for you. There is a $1000 fine for smoking or vaping of any kind.

*Our HOA does not allow guests to bring pets. We love our furry friends, but unfortunately they are not allowed. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets.

*Owner will provide a contract with complete house and HOA rules prior to stay.

*There is a blink doorbell at entrance for security purposes. No other cameras or monitoring devices are on the premises.

*We provide games, kids toys, beach toys, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We do our best to ensure these are available and in good working order. However in case a previous guest breaks or misplaces an item we cannot guarantee these will be available for your stay.

We are committed to protecting our property and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will need to provide the host your email and/or phone number at booking. You will then be contacted by a third party vendor (Truvi) via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Please make sure you complete this prior to your stay or it may be cancelled without refund. Please note: While VRBO does provide damage insurance protection the cost is significantly higher than Superhog and the coverage for our property is lower. As we are committed to providing the best service at the lowest prices we have decided it is better to use this third party vendor.
