You'll have full and private access to the entire main part of the house, including the back patio. Shared spaces include the driveway, back lawn and the fire pit area.

There are 3 separate suites located on the property, each with a private entrance. The owner lives on-site in one of the private suites, and the other is also a vacation rental. You may occasionally see others coming and going, as there is a shared driveway, back lawn, and fire pit area.
