This stunning villa offers a convenient location just 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, placing it within easy reach of restaurants, a grocery store, and beaches. Ideal for a family of four, it boasts spacious accommodations featuring both queen and king-size beds and a full bathroom. Guests can enjoy the convenience of free parking and WiFi during their stay.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the driveway.
2. Check/In time is 4:00 p.m. and Check/Out time is 11:00 am.
3. No beach shoes inside the home.
4. No smoking inside the rental. Smoking is only permitted out on the balcony. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray.
5. No parties or events.
6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Guest will be charged a fee for any additional guests.
7. Quiet time after 11 p.m.
8. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or Kitchen area.
9. Please wash your dishes and dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
10. No pets allowed.
11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to rental.
13. Please take care of the furnishings. Guest will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
14. Please don’t move or rearrange the furniture.
15. No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
16. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance.Any requests for a late check-out will be subject to approval and may incur a 25 feefor each additional hour beyond the designated check-out time. Please confirm any late check-out requests at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability
17. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony in the front and back of villa.
