Easy Breezes befindet sich auf halber Höhe der Calabash Boom Road, von der aus Sie rund um die Uhr ein Leben im Freien und eine konstante Sicht auf das spektakuläre Wasser des East End, das Hurricane Hole, Tortola, die Johnson Bay und sogar Norman Island genießen können Komfort der Passatwinde.

Diese 2008 fertiggestellte Villa wurde mit Blick auf Luxus für Familien und romantische Kurzurlaube gebaut. Die Villa verfügt über ein großes Zimmer, zwei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, einen Pool und einen Wellnessbereich. Die weitläufige überdachte Veranda ist mit Liegestühlen und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen, Lesen oder für einen Cocktail ausgestattet.

Durch seine doppelt gewölbten Mahagonitüren betreten Sie Easy Breezes. Die Erdtöne von Stein, Granit und Mahagoni harmonieren mit den Möbeln von Tommy Bahama und sorgen für entspannte Eleganz in jedem Raum. Genießen Sie moderne Edelstahlgeräte und Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen im Küchenbereich oder speisen Sie am wunderschönen Granit-Esstisch. Der Wohnbereich bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen und ein komplettes Unterhaltungssystem mit einem 32-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit Roku-Streaming-System, DVD-Player und iPod-Dockingstation.

Aus dem großen Raum sind zwei benachbarte Schlafzimmer, mit Queen-Size-Tempurpedic-Bettwäsche und Leselampen. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen Schreibtisch mit WLAN-Internetzugang und Drucker für geschäftliche und private Zwecke, während das andere Schlafzimmer über eine Tagesliege verfügt. Jedes Schlafzimmer bietet Meerblick, Zugang zur Veranda, ein geräumiges Bad und eine eigene Außendusche aus Stein.

Das offene Deck verfügt über einen 12 x 16 'großen Pool und ein Spa für sechs Personen mit einer farbenfrohen Landschaftsgestaltung, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand oder um einfach zu Hause zu bleiben und das Leben auf einer Insel zu genießen. Family vacation

This property was as advertised , very clean and had every amenity needed. A fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for our family - inside and outside. The views from the porch were spectacular. We used the hot tub and the pool daily and both were Very clean. It was great to that they provided beach chairs and coolers for us. The road leading up to the villa was quite steep and partially paved , with areas of rough rocky dirt road. You definitely should have a 4WD. The neighborhood was secluded and quiet and felt very safe. I would recommend this villa for anyone wishing to stay on the quieter side of the island. The views and breezes over Coral Bay were incredible. both were very clean.

A Slice of Paradise

Amazing house with stunning views

This property did not disappoint. The view is even better than the photos. We loved Coral Bay and once we found the shortcut, it wasn’t far at all to go into Cruz Bay! The house is beautifully crafted with awesome finishes and touches (and artwork) throughout. Our property manager, Kelsey is a gem! Highly recommend!

Amazing Views

We had a great spring break vacation at Easy Breezes. The view from the house and porch is stunning - beautiful sunrise over the British Virgin Islands every morning. The Antares team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was great for our family of four and two boys - we spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, in between trips to beaches, hiking, and snorkeling. We will definitely be back!

The View

This was one of the most amazing properties we have stayed it, and the view was amazing! With the outdoor patio you will never need to be inside. Pool and hot tub were a nice plus. It was so convenient that all the necessities were provided (soap, trash bags, dish soap). Having beach towels and beach chairs and a cooler was also nice and were used everyday. We will definitely be returning in the future.

If you want one of the best views with plenty of space this is it. We LOVED Easy Breezes and it had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable. The view is spectacular and we loved the outdoor showers. Mike and the Arteres Island Host team were very helpful when we had questions. While we were just there as a couple, we hope to return one day with friends. Coral Bay is great and very quite and yet close enough to some great Northern Beaches, like Maho one of our favorites. Be aware that the road to the house is steep and rocky, nothing a jeep or other 4wd can't handle.

Incredible stay - perfect for children!

Overall, we had an amazing stay at Easy Breezes! The views upon arrival, are honestly remarkable and must be seen in person. They never get old from the moment you wake up in bed, to the sunsets in the evening. We had 3 small children on this trip, under 3 years old and we felt completely safe with them at the house. The entire patio was fenced in, and the pool area had a separate gate we could lock. It couldnt have been better for the kids. Both bedrooms were setup with their own master bath, and outdoor shower, kitchen was well stocked (we cooked at home every night) and there were coolers and best beach chairs provided for us. The owner was on site, and he didnt bother us once unless we had questions. It was a perfect stay in Coral Bay and would go back in a heartbeat. I cant recommend this place enough!

Fantastic Stay at Easy Breezes!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host to the property itself. The villa is beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed. And it is very conveniently located just 10 min from shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. It was just high enough up the hill for a stunning view and a constant sea breeze—heavenly! We were particularly grateful for the amount of covered outdoor space and spent hours outside relaxing on the super-comfy lounge chairs. The pool and spa were also clean and in perfect working order, although we spent most of our water time in the ocean. We used the concierge service to book an all-day charter for snorkeling, a half day of kayaking, and a sunset sail, all of which were truly wonderful. I saw some of the other reviews about the road and while it is true that not all of it is paved, we found it to be pretty mild by St John standards. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Easy Breezes again!!

Amazing stay in Calabash overlooking Coral Bay

My husband and I had an incredible time here during our stay in Coral Bay. The view from the front porch was exceptional. The place is spacious, delightfully decorated with wood sculptures and carvings from local island wood. The property is large enough to accommodate a full size family, two couples or a couple looking for a private getaway. To reach the location it does require an adventurous drive with a 4wheel drive vehicle. Mary guided us up the first day and by the second or third day driving to Easy Breezes was a breeze. Restaurants to check out near by: Salty Mongoose, Skinny Legs, Lime Out, and Miss Lucy's. Calabash Market has everything you need to cook at the property. Adventure business near by: Dock Side Dingy LLC, Crabbys snorkeling rental, Dulce Vita Sails sunset cruise. We would highly recommend this property to an adventurous couple or group looking for a picturesque spot to stay overlooking Coral Bay. We do plan to stay again at this property during our next stay in St. John!

Absolutely Beautiful!

My husband and I celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary and his 54th birthday on the beautiful Island of St. John. This was our 6th trip to the Island and our first stay on Coral Bay! This home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the deck are Picturesque! The owner Hal, was GREAT! Very thoughtful and when we saw him, he always wanted to make sure we were relaxed and having a good time. Very secluded; yet, close to all Coral Bay has to offer! Would highly recommend Easy Breezes! Oh, by the way, the Breezes are fantastic. No need for the air condition! Everything you need for a great day at the beach is there for you to use! With all that 2020 has had to offer this year, we were scared our trip would have to be postponed! Thanks to all who helped make this another memorable trip to the beautiful St. John Island. Beautiful Place, Beautiful Views

This was an amazing villa on the hillside in Coral Bay. I have never seen such a beautiful view. Cathy the manager was great and helped us find it (which was useful since it was dark when we arrived and it might have been a challenge without her given the hillside.) We stayed in another villa on St. John previously, but this one was by far my favorite. It's nestled back in the hillside and quite quiet. The owner thought of everything when building this house. The kitchen was all designer appliances and the deck area makes you want to just stay outside all the time. The view is awesome and is so much more interesting than just an ocean view. The bedrooms are spacious and have an awesome outdoor shower. We only used the airconditioning once or twice and it quickly brought the temp when on. The bannanna quits (little yellow and black birds) loved the sugar we placed out for them and were constant company out on the deck. I only wish I could come back and stay every year. It would be perfect for a family of 5 or two couples. You can't go wrong with this place.

Overall the property management company and the home was Great. The check in process and everything leading up to that was great! St John’s is a beautiful island and we enjoyed our week there. A few things to bring up for other guests to realize prior… 1. Living room/main living area does not have A/C we may have visited the wrong week but we could not got a breeze to go through the house which made it extremely hot inside. (Bedroom is AC controlled thank goodness 😅) 2. Pool had some issues, I think it was overfilled as the skimmer was not doing anything. We had requested no services to be performed so it did miss one service. But it was full of dead bugs and leaves. The net used for cleaning the pool has a hole in it so didn’t really help clean it. (Luckily the beaches are amazing and we didn’t need the pool much). Overall the house is very well equipped and the above comments shouldn’t stop you from visiting!

Spectacular Views

We absolutely loved our stay. The Antares team made everything so simple. From rental car, to ferry, to arriving at the home. They have everything down to a tee. This was our first trip to the USVI so we had no clue what to expect. The Antares team made it a piece of cake. The views are breathtaking and the breeze is heavenly. I didn’t realize the owner lived downstairs, but it wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t see him at all. He was kind enough to leave us a bottle of champagne. The showers are outside and I did get mosquito bites while in the shower. The entire island uses rain water as a water source. The water is filtered and we brought water bottles with a filter but we still weren’t able to drink it, so grab plenty of water on your way in. The hot tub feels great and the pool is very nice. We spent plenty of time relaxing on the porches and enjoying the gorgeous view. We recommend Miss Lucy’s for open mic night and the Windmill Bar for sunset. We loved Salt Pond Bay, Princess Beach, and Hansen Bay. They all have incredible snorkeling. We took a sailboat out with Captain Richard which was the highlight of our trip! I recommend Estate Calabash Boom to everyone! I hope to return soon!
