Location and comfort. This unit has it all.

This property was perfectly located with easy walking access to the convention center and the quarter. Very comfortable and well appointed we could have stayed for a week. The beds and bathrooms were luxurious. I wouldn't change a thing.

Fabulous location and facility

We spent Thanksgiving week there with our whole family. Everything was as advertised and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were able to walk to every attraction we chose to visit, including the WW II museum, the French quarter and the Superdome. Highly recommend to anyone desiring 3 bedroom/bathroom place with a pool, hot tubs and gas grills.

Great that pool towels were provided. About 10 minute walk to French Quarter and many other local spots. Some of the first floor rooms are loud as they're in lobby and street level. Not the hotel's fault, but people were constantly dumpster diving for food and the dumpster was just outside our bedroom window. Our other bedroom was near the elevator and sometimes other guests were super loud.

In the heart of the city

Everything about this property was spot on with the listing. It was a great value for the location and accommodations (most comfortable bed ive ever slept in and i travel ALOT!). However with that said the only complaint was the outside noise in the late night/early morning hours. Walls are thin and we coukd hear people talking and dumpsters loading and unloading. But i guess that comes with being in the heart if the city.

Convenience of a hotel but space of a condo

This is the best rental in New Orleans as far as location, security, space, luxury. Grocery delivery is key.

Could not have been better.....

The customer service was remarkable. I am not certain I have ever been treated better at ANY property. The communication was constant, questions answered immediately, offered to do anything that I needed, and they DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I did not have to remind or ask them for anything twice. Great place, I will go back there and cannot say enough great things about the property. We were a party of 4, one couple and two singles, GREAT layout-everyone had privacy, their own space and NO noises were heard between rooms, living space, etc. Great place and an easy walk to BOURBON, Jackson Square etc.

Well appointed dwelling within easy walking distance of the French Quarter

Rental process was easy, management contacted me in a timely manner and had everything set up for me upon arrival. The apartment was as described, and met our needs for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Mediocre

Easily accessible location and clean. Nicely updated. It’s set up like a hotel only condo style without any of the amenities of a hotel. Most home always I’ve stayed in at this price point have water and coffee stocked. This place did not. Has a front desk and lobby coffee. Pleasant front desk workers. Showers in this unit took several minutes to warm up. Two of the bedrooms have no exterior windows. Temperature control was a challenge. Upstairs bedroom was a sauna at night. No hot water in the upstairs bathroom. Faucet in the downstairs bathroom faulty with no hot water. I would have preferred to stay in a hotel with daily maid service, windows, amenities, and temp control. I would not stay here again. They will shop for you 48 hours in advance. Wish we took advantage. If you don’t, there are no vending machines and no convenient spots to easily grab things like water.

Complimentary ground coffee and water bottles are available at the front desk 24/7 upon request, and we truly apologize if this was not made clear to you. Recently the city of New Orleans lost water pressure to the area, and this resulted in air pockets in our lines that may have resulted in your loss of hot water. We are so sorry that this happened and would have been happy to address it during your stay, but it does seem that we were not alerted to your problems while you were in house. In addition, all of our units offer individual temperature control in each bedroom. Our maintenance staff is on hand daily to address any issues that may arise. Once again, it is our sincere goal to provide luxury service and accommodations, and we regret that you did not experience the high standards that we are known for. Please rest assured that your review has been shared with our managers and staff members. Thank you once again, and we hope you give us a second chance on your next trip to New Orleans.
