Amazing apartment & location!

Was in town for my son’s graduation from Tulane. Apartment was awesome! Exactly how it was described in the listing. The location was perfect & very walkable to great restaurants, bars & sights. Neighborhood was safe.Hosts were great & apartment had all the amenities a hotel would have. Would definitely stay here again in Nola!

A and honorable mention for amazing communication. This top floor showcase condo is everything depicted and MORE. The small building interior is gorgeous and smelled lovely. BEAUTIFUL home with every amenity in the kitchen to bathroom. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. The layout was perfect as the bedrooms are all away from each other. The roof top area is a HUGE bonus. WiFi and TV in each room was a major . Couldn’t find a better location close to the action, yet on a quiet city street. We had zero issues and yet full cooperation and communication. We shared our find with our friends who have Tulane students. Can’t beat this amazing home.

Beautiful Property in an Amazing Location!

The penthouse was great - exactly as advertised. It was in the perfect location and felt so safe. We were there with three couples and the bed/bathroom set up was perfect. Brittanie was a great host and provided everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would hope to visit again.

Stay here!

This top floor condo was very, very clean and included everything needed to get a good start on day one. It was the perfect place for 3 couples as we all had our own bedrooms and private ensuites. Host Brittanie sent easy to follow, detailed instructions for all we needed to know to enter and use the facility and thoughtfully included restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood is safe with a nice grocery store (Rouses) just a short block away, a delightful bakery/coffee house across the street (Batter), the Barrone Bistro pub on the first floor of this unit and Forbidden Pizza (pie or slices) a few store fronts away.We never waited more 4 minutes for an Uber from this location. Two of us have pet allergies, but had no issues here as dogs are not allowed. The design and décor of the condo, as well as the entire building, was tasteful and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. And again..

Wonderful apartment

We had a recent girls' trip to NOLA and stayed in this gorgeous apartment. It was very spacious and clean, as well as beautifully furnished and decorated. The outside access was an added bonus, too. Everyone was VERY impressed.

Beautiful and comfortable, incredible location.

It met all of our needs and more, including a walk in closet that had a ac vent inside it that turn into the best 4th sleeping space for our baby. The owners were very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. Loved that it was a block away from a Rouses grocery, it seriously was walking distance from everything, and loved the rooftop sitting area. I could say so many great things about this place but I would repeat what has already been said in the other reviews. The reviews are real and true. Stop looking now if you are on the search for a comfortable and luxurious spot in an amazing location.

Perfect Location

Loved it! We stayed here to attend the Eras Tour and the location could not have been better! 10 minute walk to Caesar Superdome. We loved everything about the property - the security, the decor and especially 3 rooms with king beds and their own bathrooms. I will recommend this place to my friends. The host is amazing too!

Family getaway

My husband and I stayed here with my brother and his wife along with our sister and had an amazing time. The unit is gorgeous, super clean and very spacious for all of us. The location is perfect for anyone wanting a little quieter area than the quarter but was also a quick walk to get there. Brittanie was super responsive and checked in often to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay!

This is our second stay at this beautiful unit. We were three couples in NOLA to celebrate birthdays. This unit is just beautiful, location is quiet, but yet not far for the French quarter. There is a market and CVS on the corner, with loads of restaurants, coffee houses very close by. Brittanie is just a fantastic host and makes you feel right at home, if you are coming to NOLA, this beautiful condo is amazing!!

Perfection!

This penthouse condo is amazing! All 3 brdms have king beds with en-suites, PERFECT for three couples. Beds, linens, and furnishings are beautiful. The kitchen has high end appliances and is well equipped. The location is great, 1/2 block to a market and drug store, and walking distance to the French Quarter. Honestly, the hosts have thought of everything! Being a former owner of a vacation rental on VRBO, i tend to judge harder. But this condo and the awesome host will not disappoint! Will definitely book here for future visits to NOLA!

Our accomodations were so great, 3 king beds and each room had its own bathroom. We loved having our own space but then a great living room to hang out in. Kitchen was gorgeous with all the things you needed. Rouses market is also just a block away so you can stock up on snacks and drinks. We had a wonderful time, close walk to just about everything

Thanks for an enjoyable stay. Everything was as expected from the listing. Very quiet and the market just a block away was handy. One suggestion would be installing some safety handle bars by the tubs for elderly guests to prevent slips.

Top-Notch Stay

I have stayed at this property multiple times and have never been disappointed. Brittanie and her husband have gone above and beyond to make sure my stay is exceptional every time and have always communicated back to me in a timely manner. The unit itself is furnished well and maintained nicely. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are always extremely polite. I adore the location as it it is in walking distance of many New Orleans attractions and great restaurants. Only downside is that this VRBO has set my standards for all future stays incredibly high and I have yet to find VRBO listings in other cities that can compare to this condo.

Quick stay for conference

Perfect location to be able to walk to convention center, WWII museum, and French Quarter. Grocery store is 100 yards away with good restaurants that are walkable. Clean building and unit, check in and out was super convenient.

Very nice VRBO. Easy check in process - easy check out process. Plenty of room for everyone. This place is very clean. Owners are quickly responsive with any questions/needs you have. Sitting on the rooftop after a long day is great!
