Sunnyside Studio has you within walking distance to Lift 7, the gondola, our

historic downtown & several classic trailheads!

The

Sunnyside is a second-floor studio located within a small condo building on the

west side of town. Sliding glass doors on the west side of the kitchen exit

onto a small private balcony with a small table & two chairs overlooking a

quiet grassy courtyard shaded by aspen trees with sunset light coming in from

down valley. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, four

burner stove, large island, black granite countertops, and is stocked with the

basics to cook meals at home. Fully furnished with queen size bed, comfy couch,

and barstools around the kitchen island, a smart TV, and cozy electric

"fireplace." Hardwood floors throughout the main room with quartzite

tile in the entry hall and bathroom. Vanity/sink in bathroom is separate from

bathtub/shower and toilet. We have a dryer in our unit, but not a washer;

coin-op washer is in laundry room in neighboring building. You can park your

vehicle off-street in the parking lot.
