Quick Ski Getaway

This property was perfect for a long weekend stay. The location was walkable to the lift and gondola as well as all the town restaurants and shopping. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We love Telluride and will keep this property on our list of favorites.

Beautiful, centrally located

The property was immaculate and nicely appointed. The location was just a few blocks from downtown, was quiet and had beautiful views in all directions. Great hiking, restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot!

What a great place to serve as home base for exploring Telluride and the surrounding areas. Perhaps the nicest mattresses and bed linens I have ever slept on in a rental property. The front room with the window seat overlooking the river was so cozy for reading or just relaxing after a day exploring. Highly recommend!!

Great condo, fantastic trip

This was a great condo for our group of 1 adult and 2 children (10 and 16). Couldn't be happier. The condo was just as described, and it was great to have an outdoor pool for winter use. Excellent location -- so easy to get to the lifts and to town. I would recommend this property for other families.

Just right!

This property was just the perfect size for my wife and I. It had everything we needed for a week-long stay. It is described accurately and has everything you need to stay in an cook. It is also close to all the restaurants, bars and shops in town. It is closest to the parking lot lift but also a nice walk to the Oak St lift and gondola.

First time skiing at Telluride. Had a great time. Amazing skiing. Condo was perfect for my wife and I. Great location in town of Telluride with walking proximity to ski lifts and town of Telluride. We’ll be back!!!

Perfect Location

It's walking distance from all the restaurants downtown and to the gondola. It's a short 20 minute walk to the sledding hill for those with kids like us. Great location and the place itself was well taken care of and plenty of space for 4 people. The couch converts into another bed. Our only complaint was that the bathroom is in the middle of everything so you disturb whoever is sleeping in the bunk beds if you have to use the bathroom in the night.

Terrific Place

Really impressed with this rental and the management company. Great location - easy walking distance to anything in town. Right along the walking path on the river too. Although it was just me and my wife, this would be a perfect place for a small family with kids who can sleep in the built-in bunk-beds. Management company provided great COVID updates and recommendations of where to eat with enclosures/heat-lamps, when the weather got drastically colder. Lastly, this is Telluride. As a 30+ year Colorado resident, we've never been anywhere that's more beautiful in this scenic state. We hope to be back again soon and wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great condo

I enjoyed staying at this condo. I liked the location although it is a few blocks from the gondola and downtown. When I first arrived the breaker was tripped and the heat wasn’t working. I had to call to after hours person to figure that out. So if you have no heat. Check the breaker first. Otherwise great space and very cozy. Kitchen was well equipped for a rental.

Cozy Condo Close to it All

We enjoyed our stay here with easy access to the gondola (along a beautiful, creekside path) and walking distance to the town and all the shops and restaurants. We were going to use the fold out bed but the sofa is not in good repair (hard to fold out the mattress as a bolt is missing) and this hasn't been used in a while as evidenced with food crumbs and dust. Fortunately, the bunk is available and just fine for adults under 5'10" - not the most comfy of mattresses but my sister loved the main bed. Only other drawback was the noise level. This is a wood frame building and our neighbor upstairs got home very late most evenings and banged around upstairs for hours. Overall, though, a pleasant place. Laundry is not in the unit as well - fyi.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
