We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach very much! The accommodations were as pictured, and the host had exceptional communication. We expressed a concern about a lack of bath mat for my elderly mother and the hosts had one delivered within a few hours. We also appreciated the doggie waste baskets around the property, facility amenities, and gorgeous views. The hosts also provided beach chairs, beach toys and games.

Trent was great to work with. Loved the ease of check-in. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved how we could park near our condo and there are no elevators to use! It was nicely decorated:) We would definitely stay at Sugar Beach again!!!

Charming older condo. Spacious bedrooms, sturdy bunkbeds. Property maintained beautifully. Enjoyed the ponds and watching the turtles and birds. View from the two balconies was beautiful. Enjoyed the pet friendly atmosphere. The clubhouse was air-conditioned and huge. We played ping-pong with the grandkids. Lots of fun. Walk to the beach was very short and the hose and showers were helpful to wash off all the sand at the gate. Had a fantastic time.

We had the most wonderful family vacation. Condo was well equipped with everything needed for the beach, kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer worked great. We all enjoyed playing pickle ball and using the common space of the clubhouse. Would definitely stay again.

The Sugar Beach Condos are on beachside surrounding a courtyard with the pool, sidewalks, fish pond, pickle ball courts, etc in center. There is also a well equipped clubhouse with grills just outside and a gated pathway to the beach. Great Complex! Our Host, Trent was excellent with prompt communication. The a/c went out in the condo and he quickly found another condo in the same complex. We were given compensation for our troubles. Excellent Host!

This unit is very close to the beach access - only a few steps away- with a great view from the balconies. It’s very roomy with plenty of space for 6 adults. Owner is very responsive to questions and emails before and during the stay. We hope to return to this rental again!

This condo has been perfect for us! It was everything advertised and more. My partner and I rented the place with my son, his wife and two very young children - age 2 and 9 months. A travel pack and play crib was provided for the baby - one less thing we had to bring. The place is pristine clean. The bedrooms are spacious and we all hung out on the balconies and enjoyed our fantastic view of the beach and pool. We were steps from both. The pool is the perfect temperature, and we noticed that not just the pool, but the grounds, game room, showers, everything is kept meticulously. My grandson has loved looking at all the turtles that live in the pond, which we can also see from our balconies. Towels are provided, even for the beach and the pool. They have extra beach chairs and beach play toys for the kids. We've thoroughly enjoyed the clear, emerald green waters of the beach! Last but not least is the gated entry to this complex, which made us feel safe and the quietness of the place, out of the fray of Panama City. Trent has been very attentive to questions and has made sure that we have everything we need. I can't recommend this place enough!

Last minute getaway

The rooms were great! Loved the location and owners are wonderful with helping with anything we needed and gave us help on places to go eat that were close by. Beds were very comfortable and they had beach chairs and beach towels we could use that saved us from having to bring ours. I totally recommend and we will be coming back to stay there on the next PCB trip!

The condo was great! Very comfortable 2 story 3br/3ba for a multigenerational family vacation. The unit was clean, had a great view, and just steps to the beach. The owner was so great with communication. Quite honestly the most responsive of any property I have ever stayed at.
