Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk ist eine Sammlung von 7 Strandwohnungen in Newport Beach, CA. Das Hotel liegt 4 Häuser vom Newport Pier entfernt, Sie werden keinen besseren Ort finden, um das beste Essen, Spielen und Einkaufen auf der Halbinsel zu erleben. Diese Ferienwohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. 2 Schlafzimmer sind ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einen großen Schrank und Kommode. Der dritte Raum enthält ein Zwilling über volle Größe Hybrid-Etagenbett, einen großen Schrank und Kommode.

Die Küche ist komplett mit Kochgeschirr, Haushaltsgeräte, Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet und ist mit dem Wohnraum verbunden ist.

Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem HDTV mit DirecTV, AppleTV und DVD-Spieler zu bedienen ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Schnitt (Liebe Sactional), die neu geordnet können, um ein Kingsize-Bett zum Schlafen zu schaffen.

Diese Miete kommt mit 4 Strandkörben und einem Sonnenschirm für Gebrauch. Bei Bedarf können wir Sie mit den lokalen Fahrradgeschäften in Verbindung bringen, damit Sie bei Bedarf ein paar Mietwohnungen einrichten können.

Bettwäsche wird gestellt und werden wöchentlich in-zwischen Mieter geändert. Es gibt einen Münzeinwurf, Vor-Ort-Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Verwendung nur Mieter.

Perfect location, everything walkable. Beautiful view.

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect, right off the boardwalk and walkable to everything. The place was older but clean and had all the amenities. Having the garage parking and extra street parking was an added bonus and made it a great stay not worrying about parking. It was so convenient. We did hear the people upstairs a few times, heavy feet but being on the Boardwalk and central location was worth it. Definitely worth another stay in the future. Highly recommend.

Wow, it was even better then I expected because it is right next to the Newport Beach pier, restaurants and shops. Me and my family loved waking up to the sunset. I plan to stay here again.

Our favorite spot yet! We will be back!

We were so impressed with everything about our stay at Doyle's. The home was extremely clean (I'm super particular) and well decorated. Everything we needed was there and ready for us to enjoy. We spend time at the CA beaches once or twice a year and have stayed at a lot of different homes and condos. This is the first time I've said we have to come back here. My parents and sister rented the bottom floor next door (Abigail) and my brother and his family were on the 3rd floor (Christina). And my other sister and her family stayed with us, this house is huge! We often travel together, but usually end up much more spaced out, this stay was such a treat! All of the cousins got to spend all day with each other. The location is AMAZING! Situated right by the pier with the shops, food, ice cream, and donuts we all love. The garage was full of well cared for bikes. paddleboards, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc... We've never been so spoiled by amenities! We did not have any issues during our stay, but based on my communication with Sam before our trip, I know he would have taken care of us right away. Thank you for providing an amazing place for our famliy to enjoy! See you next year!! :)

beachfront property happiness

communication with the property manager and owner was great. loved this stay. you really cant beat the location. you literally walk a couple steps to the beach. its a short walk to restaurants and the main dining strip on newport beach, but being just south of the main parking lot (and pier) its far less crowded. just perfect. the shared laundry room was a concern for us. we needed easy access because we have a two year old with us, but it was no hassle at all. easy to get to, easy to use, and clean. absolutely no hassle at all. one small note though, while all the essentials are there in the kitchen, as someone that needs to cook (two year old again) and that likes to cook, i had to buy (and left behind) a small fry pan (the ones there are a bit beat up) and a knife (left there as well). again, not a hassle at all. the vent actually vents outside and not just filters it back into the unit. a big plus in my book. would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing beachfront property for a dream getaway. ps, the property manager and owner are awesome. they have multiple units at this location and were very much active making sure we were happy with our rental.

Mothers day getaway

We live right up in Yorba Linda and come to Newport all the time but with the 2 year old trekking everything back and forth and naps make it a little more of a hassle. So this mother day we did a staycation and decided to rent a place. From the beginning everyone from the owners to the property managers were super nice and helpful and made it seamless. The house was spotless and had everything we needed from housewares to beach chairs and umbrella. We even decided to extend on the spot and they accommodated with ease. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Oh and the location to all the shops and food couldn't be better not too close where you hear the night life but just steps away from food.

Great location!

We had a great time for our annual Super Bowl visit to Newport Beach. The home was very clean, great location, and the owners were super friendly. You can't go wrong with this home.

Great Vacation Spot

In general we had a great time, below are our thoughts: 1, Great location. On the sand, close to all the action spots in Newport 2, Super clean, we rented the bottom floor and it was spotless 3, Staff was very helpful, from the moment we got there until I recieved a call from them that we had forgotten something. Very proffecional! The only negative was that the laundry was shared and across the parking lot. (I was used to haveing it in the last unit I rented). 4, we will rent this unit again!

Amazing location, clean with great service!

This was our second stay at Doyle Boardwalk Condo's. Different owners with same great service. Our reservation was simple, communication with staff great and one of the best views/location on the boardwalk. The location is fantastic....walking distance to Charlie's Chili, Crab Cooker or Seaside Donuts. The beach is literally 5 steps over the board walk......1,2,3,4,5..... sand in your toes...WOW! We love the 3 bedroom layout on the bottom floor with large family/kitchen area. Kept clean and up to date. Without a doubt will be back and certainly recommend this property.

Our reunion consisted of 37 people in 4 condos. Ample storage space, clean linens, nearby eateries, great beach time. 2 pack n plays. 2 crockpots in place for us. Umbrellas and chairs were also provided.

DREAM SPRING BREAK VACATION

Took the family to the property for Spring Break. Property location and views are spectacular and unmatched. It is located one street away from the 21st Street Pier. Lots of activities and places to eat. Parking spot provided so never an issue in a very popular spot. Unit was clean, well kept and had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of couch space to watch March Madness in the evening. Unit provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Checking in and out was easy. Property manager was wonderful. Best vacation ever!!!!

Amazing!

This property is truly amazing! The location could not have been any better! The home is roomy and clean, and enjoyed by all of us from ages 3 to 37! I have stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far my favorite home. Yes, the owner/manager are new to VRBO, yet they are very open to suggestions/VRBO expectations from their guests. I was able to text the manager requesting beach towels, body surfing boards, additional linens, bikes, air up mattresses, etc., and she was able to fulfill my request with these since they are things we are unable to fly with to California. I truly hope I am able to return to this home with my family!

Best weekend ever

I stayed in the property listed as "Daniel" by the property owners, with a group of friends for New Year's weekend. The property is great, located right by the boardwalk, bars, shops, and food. The owners are very accommodating, and helpful throughout the process. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, and a very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend their properties for a weekend getaway!

Christmas at Newport

We rented the third floor of the neighboring location from the same renters. The renters were VERY nice to work with and accommodating, which is the only reason I gave the rating I did. They provided linens and towels and nice beds and pillows. But, that's it. The rental was bare bones. Usually VRBO rentals will provide the main essentials like: hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponges, salt & pepper, trash bags, kitchen towels, some spices to cook with, etc. There was nothing. When, I asked about trash bags and dishwasher soap, I was informed that I should just go buy all that stuff. But, they did bring up a few for us to use. Luckily, my sister who lived locally was able to bring over the essentials. But, it made the stay more of a hassle than a convenience. The electronics also kept going out, but the owners did work very hard to fix them. However, the one tv was also pretty disappointing. For that size of a rental, I would have expected at least two. So, the kids could have a place to go to watch something. The location was fantastic, but I would have rather paid more and rented something that was well equipped.

In response to this comment, we have added a small care package for short term renters, including various soaps & towels, hygienic products, sponges, salt & pepper, & trash bags. Although we do supply the necessities to stay connected to the world, such as free wifi, DirecTV, & appleTV, our philosophy at Doyle's is that your time at the beach is a chance to unplug and spend quality time with those you love. With hundreds of attractions & activities surrounding our fantastic location, filling your days & nights with adventure & memories is an easy task.

Amazing unit and location!

My sister and I rented this unit for a week in August. We were travelling with 3 teenagers. We had done an exhaustive search for a nice place on the sand that was reasonably priced. We lucked out when we found this one! This unit was clean, with nice finishes, and recently remodeled. A lot of the rentals we looked at were needing some TLC and updating, and a friend of mine who had recently come back from Newport Beach had said not to be surprised at the rental, as they were usually not very nice or very clean. However, this unit was very nice and VERY clean, and the rental fee included linens and cleaning upon departure. Most of the other rentals in the area did not include the cleaning fee nor sheets or towels (you had to set up a linen service or bring your own towels and sheets). The location was perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping and just outside our door was the boardwalk and the sand! We were on the second floor, which we enjoyed because we were still able to people watch and see the sand and ocean, but not right in the mix of everything. If you want to be in the midst of the fun on the boardwalk, I would recommend the first floor! The owners, Heidi and Chris, were very accommodating and easy to work with-which we really appreciated. Thanks for a great stay in Newport Beach!!
